Yes, I saw it now, but I didn't understand what It said since it was in Thai. They will definitely announce that It got the distribution license because up until now they have announced that all the dramas got it whether they had scandals or not. For example, both of Yuan Bing Yan's dramas were licensed and announced while she was under investigation. Actually, it is much easier to release Song Zu Er's other two dramas but there is no news about them either and there are already news about the other dramas' broadcasts on iqiyi for Q2,3 Also, it is said that Liu Yuning's A dream Within A Dream will be broadcasted in the summer period.I don't know how this will affect TPOB.

Where did you see that news in twitter? I check it regularly but haven't seen any news so far.Now,I have only one hope that there will be some reliable hints/rumours about its release date after it gets licenced this/next month.If any rumours continues to not come then I will no longer wait for this.

Three dramas have already confirmed to air on tencent from march to june so far (Si jin,The glory,go to the mountains and sea.) and Legend Of The Female General is said to completed face swap and is also rumoured to air after the glory.There are only 4 months left in the first half of this year and maximum 4 dramas can air in these remaining months.Now I wonder if we still have a chance to see this drama in the first half even if gets licenced soon.

Are they still thinking filming this? It has been 4 years since they announced that they will make a remake but they haven't done anything so far.

I'm happy that she has started to act in more costume dramas.I know she has played various strong and determined Fls so far but I think cheerful and bubbly personalities suit her very well too.She masterfully portrayed this type of character in GMP and I was totally mesmerized by her.Since then,her Xiao Feng has been one of my favorites.Hope to see her playing an fl like this again.

Oh my beloved drama.None of the other dramas I've watched so far have had the same impact as you.This one really got to your soul in every sense. I think the biggest thing that made it different from the others was its realistic plot.Also,not only the lead characters but also the supporting characters were quite intriguing and enjoyable to watch which was surprising for me because I rarely wonder about the supporting characters in Chinese dramas.In terms of plot and the feeling it created,It reminded me of two historical Kdramas I really love, Moon Lovers and Empress Ki. But why did they stop making series that are as impressive and realistically written as this? Nowadays, there is nothing but pretty faces in historical dramas and most of them are devoid of any meaningful plot and soul.

There is currently no official information about tpb yet.But last month,an entertaintment news weibo account shared a list of dramas expected to air in the first half including tpb.Liu yuning also said that he hopes his two dramas of tencent(cicada girls,prisoner of beauty) airs in 2025 also his studio included tpb in the upcoming section in the 2024 wrap up video.As for the distribution licence,it should pass cencorship first and it generally doesn't take more than 2 months,after that it can be licensed right away or wait a bit to obtain the licence.It is said that Tpb was sent to review in this january and is currently under review,So it should pass cencorship+ get licensed until the end of march or early april.Releasing time depands on tencent's decision.They may air it as soon as it gets licence or later.

Thank you for your recommendation. Both Xiao Yao and A dream within a dream are on my watch list and I am planning of watching them this year. Actually, most of them don't even have a specific plot. They are just about the characters who are exactly like in a competition for sacrificing themselves for each other. Of course, there is a lot of blood spitting and overdone background music too.They are mostly unwatchable and contain cheap and forced drama. Among the ones I have watched so far, Love between fairy and devil was the only xianxia that I really liked and that is different in terms of plot and character.

This is my most anticipated drama after prisoner of beauty in 2025.Hope to see soon.

For me, among all the disappointing dramas in 2024, this was the only one that was really worth watching.
