I love this drama so much that I watched it twice - that's 54 episodes each time! I just couldn't part with the…
I'm in the process of re-watching it a second time too! I just can't get enough of the story and bromance and ^ everything

OMG I can't believe a drama took 1 litre of tears spot in ranking. I don't think any drama has taken the top spot…
I doubt it will stay that high? Chinese historical/fantasy dramas only have a limited niche and doesn't appeal to all audience, so once more people watch it the rating will go down... Probably xD Although I wouldn't mind it stay in the top spot.

I thought this was a serious drama... but one episode in it looks really ridiculous... What is Joe Chen doing, i thought she was done doing all romantic comedies but here is another one <.<

Hu Ge is so damn good at portraying sick/weak/disabled characters! Does he intentionally pick these roles? But damn does he do it well and very convincingly. I love him in Sound of Desert and Nirvana in Fire <33 Please do more of these intelligent roles and don't go back to roles of brawn but no brain.

This drama is overrated <.< I was disgusted by the blatant fanservice in the first episode (SERIOUSLY NUDE BATHING SCENE??). Not to mention the main female character is naive and very unlikeable for me. I came in expecting an action/battle drama but got a corny romantic melodrama.

Title Secret Love
This drama is good... but kind of overkill on the dramatic and suspense atmosphere. Once you calm down on the adrenaline rush you'll forget alot of the things that happened in this drama (like me). I'm trying to recall the content of this drama which i finished only 1.5months ago, and I can't remember that much <.< Beside mental anguish and a healthy amount of angst.

I wish this drama has 100 more episodes, even that's not enough. I just want to see more Jing and Su interactions and the family be together and happy -tears- Noooooooo don't end!

I'm confused about a small thing, I hope someone can reply, but if Princess Nihuang related to the Emperor and…
Nihuang's father is a relative of the king, he could be a distant relative such as uncle or cousin who was given land to govern in Yunnan by a previous king. That's why Nihuang's title is 'Jungzhu' which is basically a princess of someone of equal 'rank' to the King but less prestige. In historical China kings would frequently give their sons a land to rule and become king and the title would be passed on to their descendants.

A fantastic humor/comedy drama from mainland China. Somewhat predictable in plot, but good thing plot wasn't the main focus, the character interactions for the humor was. A good deal of the humor will probably be missed by those who don't understand Mandarin. Very rarely is a comedy/historical drama attempted, but this one turned out good imo. Overall a solid and unique drama for me, I enjoyed it very much.

I dropped this after 1 episode. I can't believe everyone was going on and on about this drama like it was the best thing ever. The acting was totally pretentious by everyone, especially the main lead who looked like he was in constant pain (i'm not surprised from what i heard the director forced everyone to go on diet and lose 20 pounds to look good in front of camera). The main girl look like the typical 'innocent maid who will save the world type' yuck ugh, also wtf random bath/nudity scene for fan service. Anything that starts with random fan service is no good imo <.<

It's not as good as others have said it. First of, the romance isn't much about it, I don't know if its the script…
I just find it odd that you point out how the villain has terrible looks that creeps you out, and you hate him. In my opinion those are compliments for the drama and the actor of Jae Kyung since you're suppose to hate the villain anyway. Much better than the alternative of boring, predictable, and forgettable villain no?

This drama was probably not my cup of tea... I almost died of boredom from the main actress's acting and I didn't feel much chemistry between the main leads. In general I hate girls who look so fake trying to act cute and scrunch up their face all the time...

Just need to come back and argue. WHY the hell is this ranked number 4? This is objectively not a good drama.…
While I agree this drama being #4 is too high, but I also do not agree this drama deserves anything less than a 8 rating. It is certainly not a piece of trash, there's lots of redeeming things about this drama worth watching, it might not be perfect but it does deliver above expectation.

Ha, I'm beside myself with glee over the fact Healer's rating dropped to be lower than IHYV. Now I just have to wait for KMHM's rating to average out as well once all the hype is gone, because honestly IHYV is just much better than both of these drama by a wide margin and it's about time the ratings reflect that. There's hope yet for the viewers in kisskh.

Title Empresses in the Palace Spoiler
Honestly by the end of the drama i grew to despise Zhen Huan. Ultimately she has no one to blame but herself for…
I do not agree with the fact the King deserves to die. In the end he was a good king of China, under his rein China prospered and there was more peace than war. He is a sexist and being a king who is expected to have a harem sure didn't help. What did he do that he deserves to die for however? Maybe he shouldn't have overlapped his previous love's image with that of Zhen Huan, then again the follies of love that is not the worst crime to be committed. He shouldn't have killed Zhen Huan's true love - his brother? Except he is convinced his brother desires his woman - incidentally the mother of three of his children - which is a major crime. Personally i'm of the opinion Zhen Huan was a real bitch to have killed the king out of pure self preservation because she had children with the king's brother. The main reason i hate Zhen Huan is because she made the decision to go back to the King's side merely ONE month after hearing the prince died. Any sane and normal person would have taken at least months to mourn especially after finding out she is pregnant. Not Zhen Huan, she just hops into her ex's bed ASAP and sets in motion all the sadness and tragedies of the second half of this drama.

I have the same feeling while watching most Chinese Fantasy/Wuxia dramas. Watching Wallace Huo ride on that flying sword felt so awkward and hilarious. My friend was telling me if watching it is awkward, imagine the actors who have to do it. XD Hahaha
