Title Sound of the Desert Spoiler
Cecilia's acting is tolerable.
But I would love for her as positive and lively woman not acting cutesy.
As per her role, I don't know if she deserves hate.. using the man who loves her.
I really feel bad for Jiu Ye. :(
Though Jiu Ye is kind of annoying. Being so foolish. I just wished he had someone to accompany him.
Eddie here is very lovable. I love the ending he had with Xin Yue. <3
I think I watched him from Concerto (I didn't finish tho) wherein, since then, I started liking him.
Throughout the drama I was wondering how he got the first lead when I don't think he had any remarkable drama.
Anyway, this, recommendable! :))

One word. HEARTBREAKING.
I am not really into this kind of drama. Full of wars. (But all for Wallace)
But out of all the dramas I've seen, this is the most realistic. Everything, from the setting to their acting.
The actors are really good, it seems natural. Notably, Xue Jun Shan.
It seems to me that he really is one money-faced man, a Mr. Krabs. But he is also one of my fav characters in this story. A very loving father, husband, family, and comrade.
Out of all, it was such a relief to see the dead Xiao Hei.
This story will let you realize how lucky you are, not being into war eras. Free to do whatever we want.
At first, as I'm not into this type of drama, I was thinking of dropping this. Too realistic.
Later on, I was again thinking of dropping this for being too painful to watch. With the non-stop war and fightings. And deaths.

How it is similar to other C-dramas?
All lovable characters die. :(
Just what I hate in Chinese dramas.
On The Journey of Flower May 5, 2016
The first episodes and the middle, it was really good.
I find the concept of this story really good.
But then things turned into mess. There are quite few dull moments.
What's really annoying here are the cut scenes, the story didn't make sense with all those cut scenes. I even have to look for it on the internet. (If anyone find all cut scenes, please comment.)
If it weren't for the cut scenes, I wouldn't have thought the two kissed :((
The ending as well, many say it was good. But it's not making sense.
Yes, he admitted now but only in his mind. D: It's not romantic enoughhhhhhh.

Sha Jie Jie is the best in this drama, with how he(she) treated Qian Gu.
Also, out of all the dramas I've seen, this has the most blood spitting, lolol.
Still, rated this 9.

IDK. I think this is the worst adaptation.
Too draggy. I don't know how much I skipped throughout this drama.
Also, I would love to see him as a tsundere til the end, just how the original story did.
Worst adaptation but not bad as a drama.
The main leads are cute, though.
If only they focused more on Taliw and Tenten..
I find the second lead, King more handsome.. But Tenten's acting is really commendable.

I finally finished this drama, my very first Chinese historical drama.
Not to mention, first long drama I finished (from the beginning til the last).
Unlike most of the users' opinions, the beginning was very confusing..
It may be because I am not used to Historicals.. and with several characters to remember.
Most of the time, I was confused. Maybe until episode 6?
I really want to give this a try so I looked for recaps. Then I got hooked. (Thanks, bloggers!)
Throughout the drama, I was all smiles.
The battle of the wits, really! Very clever, indeed.
Not an over reaction, but I felt my heart beating real fast. That's how exciting it is.
There were no draggy moments not until the last few episodes (but doesn't matter much).
And probably, you'll get a bit emotional.. I did.
What dissatisfied me was the ending. Nobody mentioned death! :(
And the romance, it's more like a melo. :((

And we cannot forget about Fei Liu. He's the cutest! I love this more because of him. <3
This is really good. Smart production!

Is ep03 the revised version of ep01?
But it was announced that they'll be airing the revised. :/
On You Are My Sisters Apr 26, 2016
Okay, first. This is my first family c-drama.
So maybe I was not that interested. (Same with others, just for Hawick)
Jia jia's fashion sense, 10. lol. An Ning's comedic acting is just over, but it's not that bad. And for Hawick, he never disappoints me, just great (and charming).
What really bothers me though, through this drama is how different characters encounter similar problems. And how it seems to me that the sisters fight and blame each other one time after the other, that's annoying, really. Like they're trying to lengthen the drama. Then again, the story is beautiful.
PS. The 'lil girl is just adorable! "Yee!"

After a year, there still lack of subtitles..
Yet, gladly, I was able to finish this and hopefully, I was able to understand it.
The last episode, it doesn't seem needed at all.

|| Shi Tou went to the 'laboratory' to save Chun Hua, he even asked Bai Lang for help..
In the end, he caused his fiance's death, lol. ||

Overall, yes, it is very cliche, the main is a very kind and stupid woman (well, for me) and an arrogant rich man. But not bad at all. What's quite different here is how they showed that even a plus sized woman can be treated as the main; how she's being loved, and all those dramatic scenes, which are normally seen with the main on them.
And their GC's, just laugh them off, lol. Notably in episode 22, i guess, lolol.
The number of episodes may discourage viewers, but the episodes seem to decrease in time as it progress, I guess it went from 45 minutes to 30 minutes at the end.
There are also boring scenes, like they're (SJWxJX) dancing for like more or less 5 minutes, lolol, I just skipped them. But really, not bad.

PS. I really don't agree with how they decided to kill off many characters.
It's understandable with Yang Rong's char but to leave Jiang Xin with no one (I know, she has Bai Lang.) Even with just her mom, she should at least be left even one. And Xu Guan's char, I really hoped for him to live but then it is to compliment the situation done by Shi Tou :((.
