Exactly. I dislike his attitude and he is so self-entitled. I seriously don't get why the writer had to do this, if only they cut it down there still would have been more room for other scenes in the novel.

I second your comment. I also liked the Pig Butcher Squad at first but like you their arc for me started to feel dragging. I also think it was unnecessary to make Jin fall for FL when they could have been just brothers/friends instead.

I have a feeling his next potential hit drama might be 'overdo' since it's a different genre, republican dramas are rare and usually only dominate in short series but with it being a lengthy drama, I think it might be a new feat. I see it being his other shining era most possibly overseas as well.

There's a possibility 9.2 rating will fall once everyone finished watching the drama and some haters are already giving it a low rating. Let's atleast increase the rating a bit to a good one it deserves. Although ZLH is already known overseas, it's good to see many more people discovering him and hope many many more will do so!

I can't believe it's already ending so soon. It felt like only yesterday when I was anticipating this drama from the moment it was announced and they started filming. I still have reuters saved on my gallery. I think i'll end up on another hiatus once this drama ends and wait to forget some parts so I can rewatch.

Ever since I had watched Zhang Linghe portrayal of Xie Wei in SOKP I knew he was born for this type of characters. Xie Zheng in POJ was toned down in the drama but he really is more suited in domineering roles, his aura and acting is more highlighted.

OMG ME TOO!!! this is my most anticipate drama of 2026. Since its announcement and filming days last year, I had been keeping myself updated on weibo and rednote for pictures and videos of filming. I have tons saved in my gallery til now I haven't deleted it. I didn't know TXW until this drama, just discovered her and she's good. I still can't believe she manage to carry ZLH effortlessly in her back while wearing those heavy costumes.
