OMG I am frustrated with all the characters. almost all of them are liars. ML is just an ordinary detective who is not smart at all, even FL as a writer is smarter than him. I don't know why they have to do what they have done.

I've watched a lot of drama and it was fun watching it. But this one is the first drama that makes me frustrated while watching it

1. I guess so based on 2 reasons: 1. Mr. Yan's character is not someone who will kill people from behind. 2. Mr. Yan is the grandson of Xiao En who grew up hating Qi country, so he would not possibly side with the second prince knowing that the second prince cooperates with the Qi country in smuggling.

2. Yes your argument makes sense too, but there is one thing that I don't understand why Chen PingPing let the second prince smuggle with Qi and raise a lot of money in preparation for the rebellion ?? There's no way Chen Pingping doesn't know this, he has spies everywhere.

3. When Ye Qing Mei was killed Chen Pingping was not there to protect her.
