Its unfortunate that someone as talented as her has taken a huge break. So many new stars debuted, and she was such a big name too in both film and tv. Compared to her other same aged peers, they all became big names now. I hope she can do more dramas or films now.

The hug scene when Go Eun had to face the U Data creep was improvised by LJH! He said seeing her crying by herself was hard, so he hugged her to console Go Eun :(.

Anyways, what a fabulous veteran theatre/drama cast!! Studio Dragon (Sat/Sun) Netflix backed shows have better casts, and less 'popular' actors but better ones lol. tvN is putting their best cards for this show. I'm here for a heartfelt show! Also this reminds me of Hart of Dixie, great show about a fish out of water and kindness :)

You nailed it! I can totally see why the younger ML would be into her. She's confident, cool, fashionable, sexy, and successful. I wish we had more FL's like her!! A hidden gem, its one of the best rom-coms of the 2010s!!

Well, considering Netflix has a sizable viewership (subscribers). MtH being in Top 10 for a while, and also other places too meant that the show was a soft success. Not super big but a decent hit imo! If it gets Baeksang noms, it'll solidify its status as a show that got more love later on.

Irony is he said he smoke for real in Bleak Night, and fainted lol. Cut back to 10 yrs later, he's smoking so much in Time to Hunt/Move to Heaven/also that Elle Mag music video. He's so convincing that I thought he's a real smoker in rl. Perhaps he likes the image of him smoking onscreen? I don't blame him ha!

It pains me when international sites say he's a rising/just blossomed talent due to his recent works. Of course, his I-fans have risen as a result. But it negates his strong 14 years career esp. his better/more diverse filmography selection. We got great taste :)!

That's why seeing some K-netizens critique him for his well deserved salary for Taxi Driver stung. He's such a hard worker, and truly passionate about his craft! He's such a nice guy too!

Which is super ironic b/c dude has said when he travels, he tends to just go on the spot. He has traveled lots of times before too. Although backpack traveling is a whole other thing for him.

Glad that this show helped you in any way! The PD of this show made it out so that people can emphasize w/ their situations. I too was very moved by the lines that Sang Gu and Geu Ru had together about the couple. And the way it was presented was sensitive and touching.

I think its how the characters dealt with it that made it more profound. In other K-dramas, we would've characters be like opposing or (the main characters saying something rude). But here, the 3 main characters were respectful and open minded about their words.

Oh haha I see! Judging by how vehemently he's been saying/wanting S2, I wouldn't be shocked. Only thing is scheduling and scripts. The PD for Taxi said he wanted to do something lighter next.

Thing is, dude has said a lot over the last 5-6 yrs of how much he wants sequels to his projects. Yet they never happen lol. Even if he wants it, so much of it is out of his hands. It's up to SBS to decide.
