Ikr? I feel a lot of actors have Skeletons in their closets, some big some not. As for WHJ, who knows? He seems…
Park Gyu-ri said it here: When asked about her ideal type, she said, "I like manly and friendly people. And I hope we can learn something from each other. Perhaps because I enjoyed watching the "squid game," I like actor Wi Ha-joon recently," she said with a smile.“
Lol, I guess we were all gunning for A listers, But the ML here is a solid veteran actor. Plus, it does seem like the show is centered on the FL's arc so makes sense why LBY would be the main attraction imo.
The script must be really good or something for Kwan Sang Woo to accept to 2ML role?
I'm guessing this show gives every actor a chance to shine. KBS said this was a human melo drama with family tag attached to it. Perhaps, its an ensemble show?
What happened to the casting of Jung Hae In and Youn Yuh Jung?
Schedule conflicts most likely. As someone already said, YYJ probably needed a break as she herself said she needed one. As for JHI, it seems he wants to stretch his talents more and tackle on a different role (Veteran 2 Antagonist).

Oh I was being facetious haha. Of course, I'm sure if it was a quality script and cast he would most likely join. But there hasn't been many offered to him yet.
No. Its fantasy mixed in with death drama. The only 'romance' is the subplot with his ex-gf but that's in the beginning of the story. I think KHN is not into doing romance Kdramas rn lol.
Im just in love with writing of this show, the kind of detailing writers had given to us is really impressive.Honestly…
Great analysis!
"This is journey of ML from an new law abiding attorney who has no or very lil knowledge abt this casino game to the boss of Casino game." I thought it was a revenge drama, but the more I think about its so much more than that. Its the descent of an average law recruit who turns into the person he didn't want to become. Its like Breaking Bad Casino Style?
I would love it if he actually became one of the top bosses of the Casino world in the end. Dunno if there willing to go there with that, but that would be a huge transformation for our ML.
I really loved the begining, but I did start losing interest in the middle. Kind of like nothing was shocking…
My thoughts completely. When it got to the middle, it stagnated. I felt bored, and none of the other characters were able to stand out. Lee Joon Gi truly sold the show, but unfortunately he couldn't save the show from being more than it could've been.
9/10 thoroughly enjoyed it and gave me Vincenzo vibes all over the place......+Bolt and No Tae Nam 360 character…
IA! It was a surprise for me. It got into the military cases, and also did a good job highlighting the corruption while also maintaining humor. Also liked how everyone in the cast got a scene or two to showcase their skills! Bolt is the best dog! Hidden gem!
I assume given the political topic that might be controversial, that they're sitting this one out until they feel ready to release it. Yoon Park's other film The Soup filmed in 2015, but came out in early 2018 so I assume this film should release very soon.
He's good as the character actor in quirky/wacky roles, and he's also believable as a psychopath, loving husband, badass sergeant, or in dramatic roles. He graduated from the best acting/theater college in Korea, so he has the talent. He just needs that one breakout role. Hope he gets one soon, or else his career in the later half might be lackluster roles in daily dramas/weekenders.
