"7th Grade Civil Servant" follows Gil Ro and Seo Won, two ordinary people who want to become spies. They met on a blind date, Seo Won was just a substitute, but Gil Ro takes an interest in her. When the two become interns at the agency, Gil Ro realizes that everything about Seo Won is a lie.
At first they fight like children, but over time Gil Ro starts to have feelings for Seo Won, the problem is that he is kicked out of the program and they no longer see each other.
The two meet again, but they are both keeping secrets. Seo Won is working for the agency and Gil Ro thinks he is too, but in reality the people at the agency are just using him to get close to his father. Seo Won is conflicted about lying and using Gil Ro's feelings, but since she has a mission to fulfill, there is nothing she can do.
Gil Ro and Seo Won are an amazing couple, they are funny and romantic at the same time. You can see that their fights are also a symbol of their love. HAHAHA'
I really couldn't root for Do Ha, as he is a very bland character, there is nothing interesting about him and honestly, he didn't fit with Seo Won at all.
