omg I saw that too, everyone in the jury was looking at the defendant when he was wilding out but his head was turned the opposite way. I thought he was looking at Sung Hoon
I really wanted to wait to watch this until it was complete but I keep seeing clips on tiktok and it just looks sooooo good. So these guesses are based purely on the 45 minutes of the show I watched and the multiple tiktok videos I viewed.
1. Okay so the five boys, one is dead so I'm assuming of the remaining four of them - two of them are Sung Joon and Sung Hoon. The third and fourth were on the jury? the young looking one with the glasses? also the juror walking with a limp - is he one of the five? the one who's leg got stuck in the bear trap when running? 2. Because of the trauma of the surviving brothers - one of them grows up to be a killer? 3. the way they pan the camera when that lady is still in the taxi with the taxi driver. they are purposely cutting out the passenger side. I think the juror with the glasses is still in the taxi he has to be the one killing them
He is soooo good! I get so excited when I see him in show - he's so versatile. I wish they would do more shows with ensemble casts because this man can really carry a drama
Yes both characters will go through huge growth. Its a slice of life drama/ novel so depending on your preference.
LOL I definitely made that comment in the heat of the moment. I did enjoy this drama though, it was a slow burn and you definitely saw character development and I do like that it was spread out over the course of years so it felt more realistic. Honestly, it shocked me how much I ended up liking this drama.
I'm on episode 4 and so far I am completely disliking the ML, he's giving early 2000's drama toxic male lead and it's not a cute look. I personally believe there is a scale of how far you can push the terrible traits in a character before you can reel the audience back to their side and I've already reached my limit with this overgrown man child. Please tell me there is change coming.
OMG if there is a season 2 I REALLY HOPE THEY HAVE ONE I want WYW to quit her Hanbada and go work with Ryu Jae Sook, the lawyer in the wrongful termination lawsuit. that would be a dreammmmmmm team
Just finished episode 3 and I am really enjoying it so far. I saw some comments about it being too slow? I actually really like the pacing, but I'm also watching this all in one go and maybe I would feel differently if I had been watching as it aired.
These are my predictions so far: 1. Min Jo broke up with Won Tak because she saw violent red flags 2. Won Tak is the son of the piano teacher turned homeless man 3. Won Tak hurt/killed Gye Hoon's sister, and his dad tried to hide the evidence 4. Unclear if Won Tak killed her knowingly or in some fugue state 5. I don't think the stalker is still alive, someone else saw this go down and then moved the body. 6. Da Hyun's mom and grandma killed their husbands because they had been abusive?
Also LOVING the music. I just realized the girl playing Gye Hoon's sister was in Killer's Shopping List (this drama was FANTASTIC, if you haven't seen it yet you definitely should hands down my favorite drama of 2022) - this little girl has been killing (figuratively) it in her roles.
+Just finished episode 4 and omg this neighborhood. instead of going to jail, criminals should be let loose in this neighborhood lmao and kudos to Jin Ho for doing the sane thing that no one in kdramaland will do - DNA test.
++Just ended episode 8. all my predictions were trash aside from 1 and 2. New predictions:
1. mom and grandma killed whoever hurt Gye Hoon's sister? 2. Both Da Hyun and the stalker witnessed the death of Gye Hoon's sister, Da Hyun blocked it and the stalker remembered it. Stalker is still evil because he killed that one girl for sure but he thinks Da Hyun are meant to be because of what they witnessed together 3. something about that junkyard like at the entry there is this huge cement patch. what is going on there? also that shop the Won Tak's dad is always peering into. one of these places ties into the mystery
I feel so old because I've watched him grow up on dramas. Literally he blows me away whenever he's on screen. I don't know if its a combination of his deep voice or his maturity but he's always had this old soul vibe and I think that's what allows him to take on mature roles and make them so believable despite his young age. He is so talented, my god I could on for ages. Go Yeo Jin Goo, I'm always rooting for you!!
When will Disney make their K-Dramas available in the US. Until they do, I'm not renewing my subscription.
