I think synopsis is based on the mahwa not the actual rom-com
the naver simplified the synopsis of the drama. "The Alone culture and painful breakup have caused the feeling of love slowly fades away, a delicious meal romance drama (?) tells the story of a man and woman who fall in love with each other over dinners that they share/have together" may not be accurate tho lmao but yeah!
I feel like they have more of a brother sister kind of vibe, just me?
haha yes!!! true!! it's getting more fun now with Wang Sam revealing his girlfriend, the daughter in laws are ridiculous especially Haejoo's mother ughhh
I don't know what other people think of this, in the past I wasn't like this in judging a drama either. but after…
lolll well, it's the directing concept for most weekend and daily dramas! since it's your first weekend drama, you might take time to adapt lol happy watching!

i dont know whether this is your first weekend drama but that's how weekend dramas directing look like. the first few episodes might seem pretty probably because it's the past/background of the story. now that the story is back to present (well, 2018 which seems recent) they begin to shoot in studio. weekend dramas are usually shot in the studio so that might explain the difference.
Did I miss something? Why are there man's shoes in the house
Man shoes are placed usually to let people know that the house is not occupied by the woman alone. It's like a trick, pro tip kind of thing for women who live alone.
Final week is up next weekend. let's just say our farewell to the drama nicely;; cant wait to see them at the year end awards and hoping Kim Haesook will get her Daesang for her amazing performance! all of the casts did great! ^^
