well, you just nitpicked my comment. obviously, a tv show is never 100% realistic. so the coincidences and some cliches in this show also weren't realistic. but what i meant was that the relationships are well portrayed! you know? in general, i find when it comes to the emotional responses and such, KDrama is actually more realistic in that regard than most american tv shows. hope you understand what i mean now! :D

i dunno... it wasn't as interesting as i thought. i really don't know why, but there was something essential missing and i can't put my finger on it. the actors were great, but the script was a little awkward and the story was a little boring i guess. i didn't hate it, but i didn't really like it either. it wasn't bad, really it wasn't. but it wasn't good enough for me to keep watching.

i mean, i essentially don't really know, but if you've seen the first movie, you will know why i just assume that...
the only one that could have a cameo would be the dad as a zombie.
if the story of the daughter continues, most likely an older actress will get cast.
my assumption is that it will be an entirely new story though, but like i said, i never read into it, just assuming all of this.
pretty much most old cast died in the first movie... >_<
edit: and of course cause the main cast is so different, so that further supports that it's a fresh story

hahaha i knew about the gay character, but honestly speaking, i haven't seen much of this show yet (i really don't mind the spoiler though, and thank you for marking it as such :3) and i really don't know if i will continue it for the time being, even though i liked it,
sometimes it's just not the right timing, you know what i mean? like sometimes you are in the mood for something else, that's what it is with me now. but i'll definitely get back to it later!

like, i know that most people wouldn't agree with me probably, they are all like "they're just REALLY good friends", but i'm like "nah" :'D
those scenes were so... intense?
i mean, can you imagine how everyone would ship them if they were man and woman? just in your head imagine them as a man and woman, you'll see just how weird it is to think there isn't something else going on with at least Jung Kyung Ho's character.
it might've not been the writers and directors intention (who knows though), but i feel like the actors, especially Jung Kyung Ho just went for the unspoken "more than just bros"-feeling. whatever that might be hahaha~
i wouldn't be surprised if they, or at least him intended the viewer to think that they have deeper feelings for each other. especially since Jung Kyung Ho is so confident to say this on television:

dude, i loved Duel. mainly because of Yang Se Jong, even though the other actors were great as well, and so was the story and the characters (i loved how the side characters weren't just stupid and that they were actually of help), but he (Yang Se Jong) became one of my favorite actors with this performance he pulled off.
he has undeniable talent,
he is handsome, not too thin as well. it looks very natural, like he isn't starving himself (at least that's what it looks like).
he has lovely eyes..
he's manly,
he's cute!
his singing is nice, just his voice itself is just really nice to listen to.
...
now, i'm getting off topic!

honestly though, what i was trying to say, is Yang Se Jong's acting is madly impressive, especially for a rookie.
he has definitely found the right profession for himself and i'm glad we have him and are able to appreciate his existence! :D

honestly, it had so much potential and they completely wasted it, because by the time the drama was over, the story didn't even begin properly >_< what a shame! i wanted to know more about our lead guy and they didn't give us anything.... just that he killed a number of people, but that's it. i wanted to get to know the characters and their stories better. i so so wished there was a second season, but i guess it'll never happen ;_;

i haven't continued watching yet, but i am curious to see how that will unfold :D thanks, haha! at least i am not the only one who thinks they have crazy chemistry!

reading this description, i am just thinking about how very real such scenario is. people don't believe it, even if it would be shoved right into their faces, but a lot of successful people out there selled their souls and openly tell us, it is not just fantasy. i feel so sad for them.
