2022 worst kdrama of the year. I hope the writer and director don't receive any fucking award for this drama.…
To be fair, i think nearly all the actors have done a great job in the show. LSM totally deverves daesang for his acting in this but others did well too. I’m just sad that the writer ruins all the hard work everyone put in the show.
I hope this screenwriter never gets hired again. I usually watch out for certain actors and actresses' and avoid…
The writer’s adaptation of Designated survival is really good. Sungkyungkwan scandal is not bad either. I have the feeling JTBC pressures her to write something that subverts expectations hence this ending. I also read an article yesterday where a jtbc official said an ending like a novel is not an option from the start but I thought it would only be slightly different 😵💫
Well, I’m just gonna pretend the show ends the moment DJ calls MY and said we have to meet. Jtbc and writer Kim TaeHee, you have done the impossible thing of ruining a perfectly fine story in the novel. To Joongki, I hope you will never ever work with jTBC again.
I have not watched ep 15 waiting for 16 to come I am seeing the graph in Wikipedia shows that the views of ep15…
I think the rating is based on the percentage of people watching a channel at a particular time slot. Yesterday, since it's Christmas eve, people went out a lot to celebrate so the size of the whole pile is smaller (and the pile on Saturday is also normally smaller than on Sunday) despite the percentage of people watching RR increases.
DoJun married MinYoung and become Soonyang’s chairman. There is no second accident and no HyunWoo in that world.
HW died and reborn as DJ, that part is the same but after being reborn, he visited his original parents and found that in this lifetime his parents gave birth to a girl instead of HW. So it’s basically like he is reborn in a parallel universe where HW does not exist
I have the feeling I'm gonna be disappointed by the ending tmr. I wish the writer would just go like the original. It's a bit boring but at least it's safe and satisfactory enough.
QUESTION OF THE DAY,what are your expectations about the ending???
I'm thinking it will be bittersweet. DJ will succeed at acquiring SY but also realize that he become the type of person he hated in his previous life. And I don't think the couple gets married unlike in the novel. In an interview, Shin Hyunbeen was asked what's JDJ to MinYoung, she said DJ is her twenties. I interpret that as they are only together in their twenties.
Can anyone tell me did Do Jun and Min Young end up together in the novel ?
Yes, but Min Young in the novel is a completely different person. She rarely appears but she's very a cool, confident and straight-to-the point kind of person. I actually prefer her character in the novel more.
What do you mean by the granny talking that road? which road?
Oh. I knew the granny in the original was a villain but it was obvious from that start that she's not on Do Joon's side. I thought they change the character for the drama version but you may be right.
Same with me.. I actually wanna watch it, but I’m kinda afraid
Just a heads up, the first 3-4 episodes are quite boring but things gets a lot more interesting afterwards. You may consider watching at 1.5x-2x speed for those earlier episodes.
If the actors refused repeatedly in interviews back in 2020 and 2021, no amount of petition can change their minds.
No actors refused in 2020 and 2021. Joongki said in an interview back in May- June 2021 that he has not heard anything about arthdal season 2, so it seems the production company didn’t contact them until recently
Do we know why the previous cast refused to come back for Season 2?
They said due to schedule conflict. I don’t know about Jiwon but Joongki is still filming his new drama which apparently got delayed due to covid and will only wrap up in August.
The "comedy" here is unbearable even though the plot looked good
Lol. Like I said, we all have different tastes. Personally I don’t understand why people love 2521 😭. It pretends to be a slice-of-life drama but a lot of things seem very forced. The drama is also very weird & problematic in having an adult hanging out with a group of high schoolers all the time, even loving one of them. The thing about going to nyc and everything after also doesnt make sense. There r many more but I’m lazy lol. The only thing I like in that drama is the friendship btw Heedo & Yurim tbh. And I couldnt care less abt the main couble 😅
I feel they should wait for the original actors to finish their projects so they can get the original cast, no…
I think the timing is important for investors. I remember another case where an actor got into a scandal but the director refused to drop him, saying they tried to cast someone else but failed and they cannot delay because delaying means they lose money.
Jtbc and writer Kim TaeHee, you have done the impossible thing of ruining a perfectly fine story in the novel. To Joongki, I hope you will never ever work with jTBC again.
