charmain's son was not to be found, so the parts talking about him were pretty much unnecessary (except the part to reveal that the guy from prison was not a serial killer)
miho's death wasn't that sudden, but it was sudden-ish? lol the drama didn't show it well but months must have passed from the time she went in that tunel until the time of her death.
the orphanage part was again, extra drama time for no real reason (just to throw us off in thinking there's somethign more to it lol)

The only parts I've skipped in this drama in the past have been the few fighting scenes because I didn't care to watch those, so that says a lot. btw, you cannot say "like you could have done it better". it is a drama made for entertainment by people who are professionals are writing drama scripts. so it's normal to expect things that make sense. what you said is like saying "why didn't you do the sugery yourself?" when a doctor doesn't do the surgery properly lol
