ML read the list when Miho gave it to him, and the names were different than the ones from today’s episode, which were the real ones. So the mayor didn’t send the real names.

If mayor was BM, why would he give the list with fake names to ML? And then when he found out from Ji Hoon that the list was fake (at the gallery) he ran like a crazy person to the prison to tell the ML. If mayor is BM he would know his own clients. Doesn’t add up. 🤷🏻♀️
