My gut tells me that Big Chang swiped Xi Wu's love threads. I think that's why she's such a harsh character in later years, but has the love of her family who recall fond memories with her from when she was younger. It could also explain why she seems a little cold and reluctant to love. I think in the process of growing his threads, she'll fix her own, too. I could be wrong, but this show kind of owes us a good ending lol since the Dreamscape ending was so brutal.
So, it's 2023. This is the most positive time for people in the LGBTQIAAP+ community (so far) and there has been…
I hope they don't change. This drama wasn't for me, but it offered an avenue for escapism. These days, the LGBT agenda is propagated almost everywhere. Film and television used to be for fun and entertainment, not pushing politics and personal agenda. I like k-dramas the way they are and will continue to watch them for as long as they remain a reprieve from the constant brow-beating, propaganda and virtue signalling of other media.
People who want alternative content can seek it elsewhere, why does the majority have to change to accomodate a select few?
I'm on episode 20 of this drama and while I enjoy it, I've spoilt the ending for myself. I don't see a lot of affection between the main couple and kisses are few and far in between. The romantic chemistry hasn't taken off for me. Would you recommend I finish watching it in its entirety or is it better to stop now?
Are Ji Ze and Chu Huang a couple?I was so curious about Ji Ze... who's he? Is he the dragon? π€
He's the time lord and the originator of the eye/mirror that helped SuSu see the past. He's the man that waited in the past for her in the demon lair (wrapped in vines) and now is reunited with her within the serpent demon's dream.
Wow wow wow poor Sang Soo π₯ his crush tells him that she has to put her happiness first and takes off. I guess…
I saw it as her realizing that she needed to find happiness within. We saw Soo Young try to be happy "with" someone and fail, i.e. her relationship with Jong Hyun which was dependent on him uplifting and distracting her. However, we saw that as soon as life's troubles hit him, he was down and could not be the happy, cheerful person she was drawn to in the beginning. This is because Soo Young tried to have someone else fix her, but she needs to do the work herself.
Sang Su is not her happiness. He can add to it and help grow those feelings of love in a relationship, but she's too damaged to just start dating him right now. I still want this couple together, but kudos to the show for taking the healthy approach and having her deal with her issues instead of making them somebody else's problem.
