also not sure what to describe the cinematography? almost like a sitcom or variety show, so far just wished they focused on the lives of the leads and not so many other characters. also I the way the FL was portrayed was as if shes 23 but I'm glad shes 27 bc the age gap isn't as wide. The drama tries to make it a big deal and portraying ML to be really old and FL really young but Im seeing a trend nowadays with 20 years age gap

on episode 5 and just skipping the parts of the older ladies/mothers lol I feel like if they decreased the cast a bit, took out the unnecessary mom characters and added something extra to the plot this would be a better drama than what most are saying. I'm only on ep 5 so I don't have much of an opinion yet but can see how it will be more annoying. Also I just know all the misunderstandings will be dragged out soo much which if they had written it better this drama could've been max 20 episodes with more engaging scenes

never knew until i saw your comment and looked him up. Idk why he's still being casted for every drama...just looking at the amount of dramas on his list is baffling

yeah so far I have 2eps left for ABP and if I was being generous I currently rate it an 8 but it started to lose its appeal halfway into the drama, I think bc it was promoted so much and it being on netflix helped with the high rating but really surprised its at a 9

many were saying that the pacing is somewhat slow in the beginning but I think this slow build up is making the drama more anticipating whereas most dramas feel exciting and are moving fast in the beginning but soon loses its appeal. just hope that for the rest of the eps we see more development and chemistry between the leads and i just want more screen time for them!

i think it will be like snowdrop where once its done releasing all the eps they will have it available for the US but currently ongoing so it will not be on the global Disney+

I just wished some unnecessary scenes of those ex-secretaries & old lady were replaced with our leads, just want to see KJW and Krystal's chemistry more. Considering theres 6 eps left I hope their development picks up

same, before I was waiting more for ABP but then it wasn't so engaging anymore for me and now I'm enjoying Crazy Love more. Even though the romance is less for this drama I find that KJW and Krystal's chemistry is better than the leads in ABP (fyi I like the ABP leads just making the comparison)

honestly idc about those 3 ex-secretary's and just upset that more screen time could've been given to the leads, I find myself wanting to skip those scenes of the 3 girls and the old lady

i enjoyed the first 2 episodes and if it continues being interesting with good chemistry this drama deserves at least an 8. I've seen worst where I could barely finish the first ep or dropped on first few eps but those dramas have at least a 7-8 rating. Obv we all have our own opinions but this one is definitely interesting so far and not what the negative comments are depicting. I don't want to compare but the drama Oh My Ladylord was definitely not that entertaining from the beignning but was able to garner an 8 rating (which went downhill after) but I dont see why this drama is getting so much hate with just 2 eps out

its not the greatest but im liking it so far, just not sure why the ratings so low cause I've seen worse and even other dramas that were not so great imo have at least a 7.5. To me this is like an over-exaggerated version of She Was Pretty in terms of the humor, workplace abuse, cold CEO, etc. Since he'll be a different person it'll be fun to watch how their chemistry is but I hope they address his behaviour in order for the drama to be liked more

The ending was expected however there's so much that is left unexplained, how the relationships of the characters developed especially YR's friends, if YR is still attending the university, what happened with Dr. Kang, etc. Also the supporting characters had potential to develop however we got more scenes of the general/chief men every episode. I was also frustrated with how the situation at the end had so much urgency but YR would just stand there staring at SH when they could've just ran out from the shrine entrance. Considering by now you'd think she'd want to get out asap but imo I felt she slowed down SH but he also did dig his own grave by going back. All in all, I actually enjoyed this drama and I like it more than a lot I've watched or had to drop, I just wished they'd written it a bit better for the last 1/3 of the drama. Praying that Jisoo and Jung Hae In will be casted for a romcom in the future with a happy ending! TT

finally binge watched all episodes, went into the drama with low expectations and have to say I'm loving this drama a lot! I'm enjoying the vibes and aesthetics of snowdrop and Jung Hae In's acting is making us more curious about how his character will develop and somehow still maintaining the mysterious aura to him. I'm glad he doesn't possess the typical tsundere ML characteristics with no depth to him and also enjoying Jisoo's acting as well. I usually enjoy dramas more if I binge watch completed ones so I'm worried if I might lose interest waiting for this one every week and ending up with an okay experience so hoping the rest of the drama is written well. I just hope the hostage situation ends soon bc I'm not sure how much longer they can drag it out as it might get boring but anyways loving the acting and seriously can't wait for the rest of the episodes to come out!

@amanaa yes I agree with you. For me I see it as they have developed a relationship before the hostage, which consisted of love at first sight, them liking each other although we can't really say they already "love" each other but there's something there. Even though Soo Ho was faking his identity we witnessed his kind & caring side with Young Ro when she was helping him. From the start we already see that SH isn't fully carrying out the villainous spy character like comrade Joo who is merciless and is willing to kill anyone any moment (which in reality SH's character wouldn't be as forgiving). We also see that SH doesn't really want to harm anyone from the beginning as he didn't have another choice but to enter the dormitory which led to the hostage situation. I think if it was stockholm or lima syndrome it would consist of a longer duration of captivity where both parties don't know each other from the beginning, SH in the beginning would have had to been more strong headed like his comrades, willingly caused physical or mental harm to YR & the hostages for his gain (although most of the girls are traumatized by now) and then for both parties to start developing stockholm or lima in the process. To me its about SH's intentions, bc he didn't purposely plan to hold the girls hostage, didn't want to hurt anyone and I think some are taking his forgiving and caring actions as lima syndrome which he already possesses those characteristics from the start. I binge watched all the eps so I may have missed some things but for now I don't see the conflict some viewers have. I'm not an expert on stockholm or lima syndrome so I may be wrong about the points I made but this is my opinion so far and just can't wait for more!

no I don't read articles before starting dramas unless I'm specifically looking for something I need to know or stumble across the articles. yes she has fast judgement, becomes decisive when faced with problems & in the moment (like the scene where she's in the shower) however it just doesn't make sense that she was aware that the lady in the bathroom was infected and still opened the door to put herself in that situation, rather than calling Tae Seok to have people sent to the apartment for help. Even if she was trying to have a conversation with the lady the door should've never been opened. Not sure why you're coming off as defensive about it but that's my opinion and you can take it or leave as others have agreed too. I'm enjoying the drama and have nothing against the actress. The comment I made about her being reckless is about her actions during specific circumstances, not about the factors that have contributed to her character's growth like her difficult upbringing etc.

yes its badass but just wished she would let the problems come to her while being prepared for it, then making everything her business and almost not thinking it through

Am I the only one that thinks the FL's character makes really dumb decisions and acts recklessly? I'm 3 episodes in and every time she puts herself in danger and acts without thinking. I get that shes from the special forces or whatever but she's not invincible and considering her acknowledgement of the circumstances she should be more careful. Her character definitely loves helping people and hopes to resolve problems but please make calculated decisions. At some point I just know her actions will affect the ML and he'd be the one harmed. I'll see how the rest of the eps are but there are other ways of creating these suspense scenes without making the FL so reckless

EDIT: I am enjoying the drama and have no hate towards the FL or actress, just had to put this here because it seems that some people are offended with my opinion
