Surprised to see some pearl clutching in these comments. It's been 7 episodes. Surely we know what we are dealing with by now😂 don't act surprised when someone sinks to a new low. Everyone sucks. If you think your fave doesn't suck, you're wrong. That's the fun of it. Everyone sucks, and I love and hate them all at once. At this point I want the show to end in a massive fist fight that quickly transitions into an orgy, culminating in the walk of shame of a lifetime. It's what we deserve.
It's been a while since I was genuinely shocked watching a GMMTV show. The last part of this episode had me fully gasping and covering my mouth with my hands. WHAT A TWIST God everyone in this show sucks and I'm so here for it.
u can use mort if u have a pc to translate from chinese to english in real time! it worked for me perfect
any tips to make MORT a little better? the google translate subs are okay but a little laggy and not always correct. i tried to use papago but i couldnt get that to work...
I LOVE THEM I LOVE THEM I LOVE THEM This episode felt like a ATOTS episode!! These are the characters I fell in love with so long ago!! More specific thoughts: Pran telling Phupha that he's "the cutest" killed me dead The more I watch this episode, the more I'm convinced that Phupha is the role Earth was born to play. Maybe it's just because it's the first role I saw him in, but I truly feel his acting (and his face and body) shine when he's in that uniform. I wish I could 1000 more episodes of A Tale of Thousand Stars. I replayed the moment where Phupha grabbed Tian's wrist and they stared at each other dramatically too many times. Tian is such a comfort character for me it's not even funny. Mix's sweet little face just hits me.
Pleasantly surprised by this one thus far. Gawin has such good chemistry with basically everyone he is paired with, and I think Krist falls into this softer, cuter role with ease. It gives me Warp Effect vibes, which I love! I have high hopes!
As much as I love the crossover idea and I love watching these beloved characters play in the sandbox together, I wish the plot was a little different. I know they were trying to reflect Pat and Pran's story in Tian and Phupha but I just don't buy it!
Tian and Phupha waited so long for each other and went through so much for each other that I just don't believe they'd be having such a petty argument.
I definitely think the angle of Phupha never wanting t o visit Tian's family is interesting and totally in character, and I wish they would have leaned into that more.
