It depends on whom you consider the primary couple and how you would define BL.

There is Love/Vier that seems to be the primary couple. But even after three quarters of the show, Vier shows no interest in Love (whether as male/female). On the other hand, Tangmo is in love with Love (as male).

Then there is Rose/Sean who likes Vier.

If it helps, there are:
Love/Vier: largely just a female character in a male body in love with a guy. Not exactly BL to me despite seeming like BL in a way.
Love/Tangmo: at least somewhat BL-ish. Tangmo is in love with Love without knowing that Love has transformed from female into male. The good thing here is that Tangmo doesn't identify himself as gay, but is quite cool about it when he realizes that he's in love with Vier, a "male" junior. No silly gay denial like in some actual BL series. Of course, he's arguably in love with a female in a male body, but he doesn't know and that's sweet.
Rose/Vier: The situation is like the Love/Vier situation.

Actually Kit did ask for Wayo's number. This was after he recognized Wayo as an ex-schoolmate. (Later in the night, Wayo got missed calls from Kit's number, but it was actually Phana using Kit's phone to call.)
