I remember PoB being a highly active forum. I would go on there to read comments. The good Cdramas are rare to find. Last year had a lot of ok ones. I watched some but ended up droping them halfway. Nothing made me this obsessed after ADWaD until now.
Moonlight Mystique's forum was also super active when it was airing. I think so was A Dream Within a Dream's although a lot of that had to do with the controversy the FL caused. Some liked her, like me, others hated her.

Ummm..... he doesn't deserve a happy ending. How can people excuse how he treats his son. He's a psycho. I know people like antiheroes and toxic love stories. but QM and YQQ are beyond that. It's a sick, disgusting human being holding a woman captive against her will and torturing both her and her son. He could maybe be somewhat redeemable if he actually showed real love for them, but he can't even do that.
As for FCY and FCM's parents.... that's great for the girls because they'll get to live the life that they deserve later. Although they won't really care about that stuff either.

Also so fitting that it will be YQQ who finishes QM off. That's the best ending for him thru her character, she gets her revenge in a way.

He never said that he didn't either. He could have told her he had feelings the night he forced kissed her but nah he has to make it complicated by losing his temper. And I know he tried later by asking her to either come with him or wait for him. But by that time, it was too late she had stopped listening to him.
I think Changyu is just trying to do what she thinks he wants since he always told her his stay was temporary. They need to talk honestly.

I did see that in the novel he never acts on his feelings even though he has them. But here IDK. It is a drama after all and sometimes writers like to insert unnecessary drama. I hope they keep him like he is in the novel.

I know he likes CY I mean how can he not? The girl is a gem. But she's taken and he should know that seeing as she basically mentions her husband every time she can. I really hope Li Huai doesn't become a problem later on.

Yep, unfortunately we are only getting one episode a day next week. On one hand it's great because PoJ will last longer but one ep a day is crazy!

Today's episodes seemed extremely short to me LOL. What am I going to do when we only get one episode a week starting Monday? sigh. I love the reputation CY is making for herself. It's great that a ll women look up to her and admire her! Our girl deserves that. This is the role of Tian Xi Wei's career; she was born to play Fan Changyu. She does it so perfectly too! I love her.
The reunion between Changyu and her hooligans made me teary eyes esp when they were talking about what happened to Li'an. Let me guess Tao's disciple is Zheng, lol. What a small world if he is.
QM is despicable no redeeming qualities. Torturing his son like that and that having the audacity to say that he doesn't care if he dies or not? Pls. stop trying to sell him as some tortured hero, he's not. I know they are showing him like the monster he is but sometimes I feel like the story wants us to feel sorry for him and his psycho, disgusting brother. Sorry, not going to. The actors who play these characters are amazing though. If they can get the audience to hate them, then they've done their job.
That bathtub scene was really disturbing. I felt for YQQ having to do that in order to escape and keep her son safe? I need her out of there soon, pls and with someone who will really loves her. I'm glad the nanny decided to help them even if it's for her own selfish agenda.
Not much XZ in these episodes but the scenes he was in, laid out the upcoming sl perfectly. I dread when they all find out what really happened to CY's parents. Sigh the longing between FCY and XZ now that they are separated.... they need to find each other soon.

The teaser got me more excited for the drama.

Interesting I Haven’t watched Fated Hearts, and dropped Prisoner of Beauty.

Haven’t been this obsessed with a Cdrama since Moonlight Mystique and A Dream Within a Dream last year so it’s been a while. This one is so good that it made me obsessed. It deserves 9.2.

Oh that makes total sense. that could be why she didn’t realize it was Zheng who saved her. She didn’t realize that her ribbon was lost in the first place. We saw that scene from his perspective and he accidentally pulled the ribbon off her head after she pushed him off after the forced kisses. 🧐 Although she must have noticed it was missing after she got home that night? Hmm 🧐.

9.2? Yasss! It deserves all the hype, love and success it’s getting. It’s just so good!

I’m also glad Song Haran wasn’t angry at Seon Chan. I thought she was going to close off again after he left. And although she did for a little but SH realized that life is too short for any regrets. The way everyone was missing SC even precious Genius was sweet. He’s brought so much light to everyone’s life and earned their love because of that. I’m a bit worried when Haran finds out the secret Chan is hiding. The scene where he came back was beautifully shot. ❤️.

The sister scenes were the best ones this ep. Love how they took their frustrations out on each other and healed together when they went to the beach.
