Hi. Firstly, I don't appreciate the tone of your comments. I just stated my observations of the show. Just because you don't see the basis for my opinions, that doesn't mean they don't have validity.
I'm all for healthy discourse but I find it hard to converse with someone who's just basically slamming the show and doesn't want to engage in alternative view points. You don't need to be rude just because someone has another point of view about the show.

I'm actually more invested in the mess that is Leo and Fiat lol. Leo thinks Fiat can't stop sleeping around and Fiat wants Leo to say that he loves him. Their relationship hit this emotional plateau (which worked for awhile) where Fiat sleeps around but comes home to Leo and Leo stomachs this as long as it's clear that he comes before any flings and stays the most important person to Fiat. They are both willing to put up with scraps from each other because they don't want to risk losing the relationship.
So basically these 2 have somehow reverse-engineered an uneasy and toxic marriage without declaring feelings for each other. Now it's all gone to hell in a handbasket because Fiat now actually wants a proper relationship with feelings and has fixated on the wrong person. Leo is torn between wanting to declare his feelings but being afraid that Fiat will get bored and complete anger/jealously that Fiat suddenly wants to place someone as more important than him
Also, while rewatching the old episodes, Tharn's family is actually hilarious. Thanya is the princess who gets whatever she wants and can predict whoever she dates will be under her brother's thumb. And then there's Tharn who would sell his soul if Type would agree to get married to him. Not to mention, his brother who cheerfully tells his future wife that she's number 3 in his life.
It's going to turn into Lord of the Flies/Hunger Games. The players keep switching sides and the scene where they had to crawl through blood and wire was amazing. Pretty sure one of the kids is going to get murdered
I mean I still wouldn't mind a spin off lol because I love a mess.
Eh I think Fiat is a messed up kid who lashes out because of his abandonment issues. Leo knows that Fiat bounces around and is fickle as hell, thus he doesn't want to be replaced as well and therefore, always puts this wall of friendship between them. It's this angsty mess lol Not to mention, Leo enabling Fiat's worst tendencies.
I do ship Logan and SSR because they have a nice dynamic and their wits match each other. They are both ruthless and it's hidden behind this veneer of nice and class. The family dynamics part is weird but it's makjang and they aren't blood related so whatever
It's pretty obvious that YH and SR will turn on each other because there's no greater enemy than a good old friend. YH will probably be an even worse version of SJ .

I was never interested in Tum and Tar lol so I can't grieve too much that they aren't here. I suppose there are a hair too many characters for now. Personally, Im invested in Leo/Fiat just as much as Tharn/Type but I'm not that attached to the other side characters.
I like how there's angst building up on both sides and how Leo/Fiat are the complete opposite of TT when it came to expressing their emotions. In any event, hope you find something you enjoy more soon!

It is Tharn/Type after 7 years and they are supposed to be adulting now so it makes sense while they still fight, their reactions are alot measured and it doesn't feel so over the top/the world is ending the way it is when we are younger.
Tharn is still super devoted to Type but has that manipulative streak in him where he can't help but keep pushing for what he wants. Type is still stubborn and has valid concerns of his own. The other side characters are foils to these 2 because they all have relationships of varying toxicity LOL
Its like the 7 year itch, insecurity is still present on both sides and this is when the cracks in their relationship arr slowly showing
