oh yeah. its good and satisfying. and not just ending. there are few surprises along the way and i loved them.

it looks like you fell pretty hard for Min Seong, i feel you. you must be comparing kang with Min Seong in your mind. for what its worth kang is pretty loyal, he goes lengths for his only friend, he literally travelled across the world to get his dumplings, so why dont you give him a chance now that Min Seong is dead...

its not cancer so u need not worry. if they wanted to kill him off they would have found cancer in his brain when they opened his head, after all cancer is the second biggest thing that kills of characters in dramaland next only to The Great White Truck of Doom.
that hematoma is just a plot tool for him to stop surgeries and come to hospice. see he is a doctor there not patient.

what did she do? She liked Kang first for what ever reasons, so she rejected Min Seong. but he kept chasing her, so she relented because he is a good man. but kang came right after she agreed to be Min Seong's girlfriend. at this point of time she still liked kang not Min Seong. i thought she would dump him then and there but she didnt. she tried to forget kang but she couldnt. she kept liking kang more and more. at this point it is more like cheating if she didnt leave and she left. she lost kang too....poor thing. now why does she like kang so much? writers should have spent some time on it before time skipping. too much time skipping for too little drama, thats why we cant accept some times.

Nope, i didnt pick up on it either, some other person pointed it out in one of the previous comments. when she met joon first, i was afraid a love triangle would start......and about that, the nurse mentioned he lost his family in that accident, was she talking about Kang's Mother?

they didnt want to dwell into the love triangle much thats why they wrapped it up with glimpses and i prefer it that way. i'd rather accept him figuring out her feelings from a pic rather than dragging the love triangle. did u understand that in the end he was adamant about her dumpling stew bcz he wanted to unite them.

yeah, they kind of rushed it a bit. they should have explored her feelings a bit more before involving his friends' character. then it would have been more natural and convincing to see her devastated when she heard the news or run away when she met him again....... it went more like a story telling to set up the stage for future eps. since she covered it with her believable acting backed with amazing cinematography i am gonna accept her love for him.

No this isn't that kind of drama with concubine conflicts, this is actually way better with the concubines. See the FL grew up in military as a male soldier. she considers herself as a brother and she grew up flirting with girls like other soldiers. she never had a problem with concubines, actually she prefers having them in the house, " being surrounded by a group of beautiful girls how wonderful is that" in her own words. once she suggested to her husband" lets go to a brothel and hit on some pretty girls" and he is like" you are married now, u should stop those things" LOL. once her mother in law told her that she want to get a new concubine for her son, she got all excited and started recommending some of the beautiful girls. Her MIL was like " am i getting a concubine for my son or you!"
Coming to those three concubines, first they were afraid of her, but when she gave them all the jewellery and house affairs as she is always in her uniform busy with the military affairs, they found her friendly and they warmed up to her. Now they keep following her around swooning at her when she is practicing her sword skills, calling her handsome since she is the macho in the house and the husband is feminine like a flower boy.
Poor ML lost his three concubines to the FL in the epic twist of historical dramas!!

those questions actually take the plot sideways so they were not shown much but tis is what they mentioned, as u can see uncle took the money to cooperate with TOP and sold of ML's mother and left thats how he ended up by the river.
As far as i remember, Her real mother died giving her birth so Mr.Wang brought her to his DIL to raise.

actually the producers spent a bomb on this expecting it to be biggest blockbuster ever. but this drama only did fairly well shattering their expectations. if it had been received by the audience as well as they thought it would be, then next season would have been started by now. thats why it was postponed for now to reevaluate things. bringing all the cast together again when everybody is busy with their own projects is no easy feat especially considering the huge cast this one has. they said next season would be started next may or somthing, lets hope it will happen.

i was captivated by the first episode.......it was hilarious, heart warming and UNPREDICTABLE........trust me you wont see it coming.
