From what I see Got is bisexual but his drive does not seem to be the enjoyment of sensual pleasure, it seems that his real pleasure drive is exercising his manipulative power over others, which is the defining trait of a malignant narcissist adapted psychopath. For this type of personality relationships and sex are manipulation power trips. Got is not romantically or sensually into anybody, he is a narcissist, what he enjoys is exercising his malignant power manipulating others emotionally (their feelings and expectations), physically (their bodies-sex) and economically (their money) .

For me, in that moment, they both confessed their mutual eternal love, the problem was that they were so fearful of their own feelings that they could not understand that the other was confessing; they only realize, and were numb by, their own feelings. Now they are in panic with their own feelings, one is running away scared and the other one frozen by fear.
Probably the most magical moment in the series is when Shen hums "The Moon Represents My Heart by Teresa Teng" to Jian and later Jian answers "I choose the Moon" in episode 11, l, for me the most beautiful declaration of mutual eternal love that I ever seen ❤️.
