The last few KBS dailies have been 🗑, but CG is better. Scandal/Snow White's Revenge was awful, Two Sisters/In Cold Blood was HORRENDOUS, Elegant Empire was just bad (except for the ending), and Secret Woman was terrible. Vengeance of the Bride was the last daily I loved from KBS2. Looks like Cinderella Game brought it out of the dark ages.

True. I agree with that too, a red lipstick would've worked for Hana instead of nude. She looks dead with the nude colour on her lips.

So true! It made her look too pale, I'm sure she'll glam up even more soon.

I liked the outfit, it gave Miss Monte-Cristo vibes. The makeup could've been a little better though.

Yeah! Also, season 3 of Penthouse was terrible... I think Kim Sun-Ok's writing is detierorating. 😂

I mainly watch makjangs and thrillers, but some are written badly. Point blank. Example: Escape of the Seven. Solid show, until a major twist ruined it.

Penthouse and Artificial City had strong FLs too. A lot of k-dramas in general use the damsel in distress trope, like those old dramas (Boys Over Flowers, hello?)

That's why I like daily dramas like The Promise, Gracious Revenge, and Meant To Be. Miss Monte-Cristo too. They jump straight into the FL's growth and she starts kicking ass. I really want more dailies with strong FLs.

There are daily dramas with a few smart FLs, usually ones like Gracious Revenge or Witch's Game, or daily dramas with a villain protagonist (which EVERYONE seems to hate for some reason.)

Also, when people DO get a strong FL, it's still an issue. There's no way for women to win or for a "proper" FL in dramas...

The ratings are pretty stable.

A low rating doesn't ALWAYS mean the drama is bad. But in this case... this sh*t is terrible. Ass. Horrible.

Unpopular, but I liked the ending.

She's alive, she doesn't die. Her death is faked by Su-Ryeon.

Also, I liked Penthouse 2... until like, the last 10 minutes.

Yes, they become high schoolers later in Season 1 and throughout Season 2. Season 3, I think they're about to go to college (I try to avoid Penthouse 3 💀)
