Like everyone else, I loved it. I do have two questions...if you've watched the movie will you please see my spoiler below? Any responses would be great, thanks.
I liked it, it was sweet, but boy did it drag. What was the deal with introducing a new conflict in the second to last episode with those morons getting married....who cares? They could have used that time to give us a proper ending to Nai Hui and You Fou's story. Instead we're treated to a tacky red satin bed that looks like it's from a Poconos resort in 1975 and a wedding portrait. I felt that they deserved more. Last thing, Mark and Ou Wen deserve their own show, perfect chemistry!
Episode 5....oh episode 5! For me this was another cute BL series until that episode. Pat's realization and how he got there was just magical. Ohm has grown SO much as an actor, all of Pat's internal dialog was expressed on his face beautifully. This was probably my favorite episode of any BL series.
Hi there, episode 4 (Boun/Prem) does have a happy ending....you have to wait until the credits role, there's one last scene that tells the ending to the story. :-)
This was pretty average for me until the very last scene, it was beautifully shot and very moving. The juxtaposition of different emotions being felt by Nont, Kaitoon and Valen was excellent. Now I'm really looking forward to season two. OH my only gripe is Kaitoon wears WAY too much makeup.
I’m sorry but this show was a mess. The plot, motivations/intentions, the sequence of events…..all confusing and often make no sense. Will I watch season two? Oh come on, of course I will. :-)
Lots of Boys, not much Love. I was attracted to this show because I love the rural ones (Love Poison, Siew Sum Noi etc.), but this one just fell flat. The product placements that turned into infomercials had me rolling with laughter. Now if I could just find that stir fry sauce...
What the eff did I just watch? Okay, in Episode 9, Chudjane hooks up with Sean, obviously there's chemistry there. Then in the finale, he eliminates Sean while telling him that he's Chudjane's favorite, but he's selfish and Sean would probably get hurt. Um, what does that say about the two remaining contestants? That one of them will eventually get hurt by his selfishness, but that's fine? So he ultimately chooses Mick, a person who obviously cares about him a great deal, but there's zero romantic chemistry there. Like zero. After I watched it I went back through Chudjane's and Mick's social media accounts and other than a few publicity shots for the show, neither one is mentioned by the other. I call fake.
Normally I get kinda salty when there are lots of spoilers in the comments, but in this case, since we have to pay to watch it, I'm grateful. Thanks everyone, you saved me $9. #leonpob
