IMO, The guy who is always with Ye Xian, is his nephew Xian and he is also FL's cousin. That's how they walked into this coming of age ceremony. Ye Xian just provoked FL saying, you shouldn't call me Your Highness, instead call me Uncle, just like your cousin. In the drama his not her uncle... !
