Yes so true, was expecting she is a much stronger lady. Crying in the room (under the table) for so many days…
Just to be clear I'm not critiquing her acting or crying. I hear you on that. lol. It's more for me how the character is written so far. I would rather see her cry in revenge mode than hiding again.

Yes, I know they showed her hurt and I get her first reaction and how hard it was, I just wanted her to be much more involved in her own story at least. So right now her character seems more like a set up for a second lead romance than a strong member of the group. That's disappointing.

This is exactly how I felt watching. It was so long that what triggered her coming back didn't make sense to me or seemed too random and convenient if she's so traumatized.
clearly you like this drama but I assure you I missed nothing. The writing was bad, simplistic, and repetitive.…
I give that explanation a 1.5 rating. It literally makes no sense but is consistent with the crazy theme. Overall, I would not recommend your drama to anyone.
I mean from the beginning of the show you can safely assume he's going to die by virtue of being the closet person…
Me too! Those early episodes had so many huge shockers! Vincenzo's mom also was definitely set up to die with a nice photoshoot and everything . I think the dad was set up too with the nature of the convo being Cha Young's catalyst but I never expected it!
I wasn't surprised by his death, but I was rooting for a better ending. He was a crucial character one can't deny,…
I hear you! I think how I saw it was Jun Woo was supposed to lay low once he got out of prison but since he can't control his temper he lost it once he saw Vincenzo leaving with "his woman" (who he never wanted to hurt) and shot her, which is when things get out of control.
I don't think he wanted to kill his brother Han Seo either because even though he betrayed him he thought he was stupid and useful. He just wanted Vincenzo to finally die, and I'm sure, have those two specifically watch him die. I think what he was banking on, which was true, is that Vincenzo would risk it all for Cha Young and show up, and thought he could avoid murder by getting his puppet brother to do the murder for him.
Vincenzo even encourages Han Seo to beat him because attacking Jun Woo with the gun would be more dangerous and everyone is surprised by Han Seo's choice to fight instead since until this point he's always been extremely passive. It's when he stood up to Jun Woo that he was killed. Once Han Seo was clearly not a puppet and confronted his brother directly he was no longer useful. That's why he was finally killed.
Once Jun Woo killed Han Seo and shot his Sunbae there was no turning back. That's when he became a wanted criminal for real. They mention in the news that he dies in a struggle for power over the company. So although there was no funeral scene it was acknowledged that it was a major headline. I guess people wanted more of an emotional goodbye scene after his death but Vincenzo avoids emotion so I couldn't see that happening without it being weird. He wasn't even going to say goodbye when he left.
I definitely agree that it's bittersweet. I just expected it and I liked how his character became important to the ending.

I don't think they were indifferent at all. His death is what made his brother a criminal. I think Vincenzo as a character showed him way more affection when he died than he normally would. Even with Miss Hong there. It was heartbreaking but I think it made a stronger story for me. I think we all wish he could have been a better CEO but who would babysit him through it? His fate was sad but I think inevitable.

"Let me assure you, I didn't read ANY of your reviews. Even the one for LITC. I glanced through the first two paragraphs, but I haven't finished reading the whole review - it was just too whiny and too boring for me, in all honesty. "
Bahahahahahahahahahahaaaaa!!!
So you responded this many times to a review you didn't read? I thought you already revealed some true troll craziness but this tops it all! And they let you use the computer this long unsupervised? That can't be a good thing.
Good luck being too smart to read before responding. lol.
I'm surprised so many people are surprised by Jang Han Seo's death. I knew he was going to die. They made it obvious I thought to prepare us. That was the whole scene with Vincenzo telling him to leave and him refusing. He had already resigned himself to probably not making it. He could have run off and protected himself which was his initial goal but we see in the end he just wanted to take down his brother. He had his own revenge. He was abused. Dude killed their father. It was obvious his hero's death was coming. I found satisfaction that after being dumb throughout the show he went out being the clever person who made all the difference.
I can't imagine the show having the same impact on me if he got to live and run the company.

You said "There is no character transformation in LITC"
That is my whole point. Although I don't agree that's true I do agree that due to poor writing she remained stubbornly the same, as did pretty much all the characters, that the story felt pointless. Watching a plot where there is no interesting event or character development is exactly the kind of show I hate. It was slow paced. It was repetitive. I've said this again and again in my review which you are completely addicted to at this point and my problem is still that you think your perspective is fact and not just your opinion. You can solve your issue with my reviews by not reading them. I assure you I do not work for you. You don't see me criticizing your writing style do you? I will not go through your favorites and try to prove mine are superior because who does that? (besides you). You like what you like. You said repeatedly why you liked this drama and there's nothing more to add and I still won't like it after this thesis is eventually done. The whole point of a review is to give an opinion of the drama. The whole point of multiple reviews from users is that perspectives will vary. If you choose not to participate in this part of MDL don't use this much energy on bothering folks who do.
I understood the drama and I understand I did not like it. Period. I didn't like the soundtrack and I didn't care about the characters. And I don't care how you feel about it to be completely honest but instead of blocking you I'm letting you get your rants out. I tried to get you to elevate your arguments to not using insults but not everyone has that maturity level I guess. This was never a discussion, this was just you trying to force your opinion on someone else using crazy theories like science and psychic instincts and insults lol. My suggestion is that you give all this energy to watching this drama again on repeat since you can't let go.
