I like the idea of turning the sound to really see the acting.

Rowoon was cute/goofy in The Matchmakers. If you like historical dramas, you would probably like that and The King's Affection. He has good chemistry with the actress in She Would Never Know. If you watch more of his works - enjoy!!

First, I LOVE your avatar!!! Moving on, concerning Rowoon - watch Tomorrow! It's not a romance, more of a grim reaper story. I'm all about the romance, but Tomorrow just blew me away! He's wonderful in it, as is the rest of the cast. He did a good job in The Matchmakers, The King's Affection (Park Eun Bin was excellent too), She Would Never Know, Extraordinary You. It seems like most people loved those dramas - the acting was great, but I was disappointed in the writing. Personal opinion, I know. But if nothing else, give Tomorrow a try. Now that I think about it, I think it's time for me to watch it again!

You can only hope that her character develops more as the drama goes along. You've only seen two episodes so far, a lot could change.

I didn't drop "It's okay..." (because I feel compelled to finish what I start) but I didn't like it at all.

Thank you so much for your post. I really appreciate the depth of your comments. I would have really been irritated if I had invested time in this show, only for the ending to fall apart! It's a pass for me.

I didn't even recognize KJW until I'd watched the teasers a couple of times and recognized her voice.

Try it with subtitles. Dubbing is usually problematic. The voices don't match the actor, lack of verbal expression, etc. The last show I tried to watch that was dubbed made me feel like they were reading a cereal box.

I find I do this in a lot of dramas. I wish the writers/editors would get a clue. Watching it at 1.5-2.0 speed, or skipping a lot shows that there's definitely room for cutting out all the filler.

It seemed like every person had two names...it was very confusing. I do know that was the crown prince though.

From the comments I've read, we need to just turn our brains off regarding the medical stuff. That's kind of hard to do when it's the focus of the show.
