Iused to watch this drama every winter, but I can't anymore. Mr. Park's words were my comfort blanket, giving…
I pray the same as well, but I still remember many scenes from this drama, so it's practically impossible to forget now, and I never will. No one could ever play Park Donghoon better than Lee Sunkyun himself. :)
Still not recovered enough to re-watch this drama after watching it when it was airing. This drama broke something…
I didn't watch the drama when it was airing, but I also haven't recovered, and it has been almost two years since I watched it for the first time. I hope to rewatch it, too, since it's such an incredible drama in many ways that made it significantly harder for me to watch other dramas cause of how high my standards are after watching it. Thus, it remains my all-time favourite drama.
I still haven't gotten over the news; it feels unreal. It's hard to process that someone could lose their life over this, especially a talented actor who brought so much to the table and brought life to his roles. Tragic in so many ways.
Totally unrelated, but I love your profile picture of Cho Seung-woo. Is it from Stranger?
I always see people say the same things on most hyped dramas, like this one saying it's a masterpiece or the best Kdrama ever, so I don't care about it. But what annoys me the most are the people who waste their time hating those who like the drama anyway and say they're criticizing the drama and not the person. However, I think people use the word masterpiece too lightly, as not every good drama is brilliant enough to be a masterpiece.

I can see the kind of genre you're into. BE and Stranger are in my top 5; they definitely left an impression on me as well. I don't think I am into any specific genre, though; I can like it as long as it has all the aspects of a great drama.

I loved SFH, although I am not too fond of horror, and I plan to watch Children of Nobody. I don't see many people liking or talking about Stranger, so that's nice. Your profile picture was also kind of a give away. Have you watched Beyond Evil?

Ah, well, that's understandable. This drama had outstanding flaws, but unlike other people, I won't hate others for liking it or calling it a masterpiece, even though I think it was lacking in writing for it to be above average. This kind of reminds me of Vincenzo since I had the same thoughts on the tone of the drama, and I dropped it.

What do you mean by a little mature? I also get you for the most part; I returned to watching Korean dramas recently and decided to watch some recent and popular ones only to know how mediocre they are. I am not the person to compare everything to 2016 dramas since they have improved. But 2023 had to be one of the most lacklustre years in Kdrama history. I think the best/ favourite dramas I have watched are usually ones I go in blind to and don't read reviews of, so I may stick to doing that instead. Ratings are generally the most deceiving on MDL, so I don't like paying attention to them. What dramas have you liked, though?

He is one of my favourite actors; Stranger is also in my top 3 dramas, lol. However, I am glad that I didn't even try My Demon despite the incredible chemistry. Nothing ever goes right when I watch dramas because of hype or the fear of missing out.
