Omg I totally agree with that and I was even telling myself that too, but I also think that it came down to the fact that, Jae Eon didn't want to be in a relationship but he knew he liked Na Bi I mean heck at the end he went as far as saying he had liked her since he had first seen her at the museum, but again he had never had those feelings for anyone so it was unfamiliar for him. I understand where people can see that line of toxicness but I kept seeing it as he was clear about what he wanted from the relationship with Na Bi from the beginning. After that I think it just came down to the fact that they never really addressed the feelings they had for each other up until the end but by then so much had happened prior where that blurred line of fwb was going away and they just didn't communicate with each other.
