He could be a culprit but also he could have just faked it and worked with the killer and dressed up as a doctor in the later scene but it wouldn't make much sense but idk we'll get to know more in the later episodes lol

Yeah that's true so he could not be the main villain but could be involved with the situation since he looks a bit suspicious to me haha

And also the neighborhood that's why I think the brother would be the best person to be involved in this but then again why?? I mean it did say that the brother and sister were rivals but idk in a good or bad light but we'll see lol

If you noticed throughout 2nd ep there were different guys that was suspicious some had long hair some had short hair. The main villain covered his whole face so it could be her brother (but I highly doubt it but who knows lol). But it could be possible that her brother could be involved in the scenario.
