The firs 6 episodes were amazing, i really had a great time watching them but i have a few concerns for the future.
Both of them have very dysfunctional parents/family.
In case of FL we already saw that both her mom (that implements on her that marriage is a bad thing)and cheater father and also an opportunist half sister.
ML is lucky to have is step-father sadly he still hasn't figured that out, lets hope for better days for them.
I think the person who will have more trouble in this relationship is FL, we can see she is a very smart and independent woman and i loved the way she cleared the the Singapore guy, but i know her parents influence will get to her.
I just hope that the writers don't ruin her character like we have seen in the 'past were they make an intelligent and strong woman behaving like a child and always needing salvation from ML.
I really hope the things the that i mentioned dont actually happen, but i'm talking because i already know the pattern in chinese dramas.
I really hope that both of them change their career's paths ASAP, that boss is a good for nothing that cant do anything without FL help (calm me petty but the moment i walked out of that job i would tell the boss wife about his mistress, sorry not sorry), and then we have ML teems that is also a good for nothing, i just know for a fact that the boy they chose will be a problem in the future, but they really cant tell it was because of FL because she talked to the boss that the behavior of that guy was not the best
I finished episode 32 now and i just want to say that i dont remember seeing two characters that bring me frustration has much has the dragon prince and Ying Dend Miss thing went straight for the kill since episode 1.... I really think she is an anti feminist, the way she just wants to bring down all of the other women for a man that she is clearly forbidden to date is mind blowing !
I decided to watch this drama after watching "The starry love" and even though i liked it i felt disappointed by the end of the drama and here is why:
1st- The male heroic syndrome, like if both male lead and Tian Qi stayed in their place without doing nothing there could have been less causalities (SIDE EYE) I understand that you want to protect your loved one but Female Lead destiny is literally being the big boss and save everyone when needed... look what the heroic syndrome took them, it literally made the situation worse. LET WOMEN WORK By the end of the drama i was seriously hating ML because of his savior behavior and hopping for them to NOT be together in the end.
2nd- I think this could easily been a 40 episode drama, i skipped a lot.
But in the end of the day i can say it was a good watch
Failed attempt from the writers to make a drama with a "realistic" plot. The first 10-ish episodes were pretty great, but after that it was a train wreck, break ups, moving on faster than the speed of light, cheating, and delusion. The writers started the drama with no clear intention in how it was going to end that lead to this mediocre drama. Yu fei and sun xiang were so cute and good together and honestly the strongest point from this drama, but it was ruined so fast i couldnt even blink.

Never seen her in my life before the glory...now she is also here and is sfl on the new weekend drama. I think in 2023 she is going to be the same as the women that played the cousin in business proposal, and we saw her in almost every airing drama after that....Alchemy of souls, extraordinary attorney woo and more !

I really liked the drama, it had its strong and weak point which i will give my opinion
Weak points
1st- The casting for the "Evil One" was a huge miss, the actor himself is good at portraying the good character, but when it came to portraying a evil one i dont think he did the best job. When you see a villain he needs to transmit anger to us viewers just by looking at him and i believe he did not deliver that at all, he was frustrating to look at and delivery of his lines were honestly not the best. ( No hate to the actor i just think he is good at playing simpler roles than this one).
2nd- I think the idea of having the the " Evil One" has the villain during the whole 12 episodes for then in the end to appear a cameo of the final boss who was actually the big mastermind. There was no build up at all, and i think it fell flat. It would be way better if they could focus on one only villain or maybe make the final boss appear sooner.
3rd- The final was rushed AF
4th- The writing was not the best when it came to dialogues between the characters, especially when it came to the FL.
Strong points
1st- i think both leads had a good chemistry
2nd- AMAZING secondary cast, i loved the members and the grim reaper
3rd- The moments were ML acted like a child was actually comedy gold (its my type of comedy)
With this i think that the drama is a good watch and probably will see it again when i dont have nothing to do/see
I really was not expecting to love this the way i did. Amazing story, amazing CGI (except when they were going down on that big hole ), and amazing acting, the thing for me is that some costumes/makeup and props could have been done a lot better, this things made the drama look cheap sometimes.
The last 15-ish minutes of the last episode are the only reason i dont give this drama a 10, in my opinion and liking i would prefer a better ending....but the drama itself was AMAZING
I came here for Park Eun Bin(PEB) and Lee Tae Hwan(LTH) (saw a video on TikTok), and stayed until the end for them, and only them cuz all of the other characters are a HUGE PAIN in my head.
I thought that Kim Jae Won and Lee Soo Kyung were going to be the main leads because of the order of the cast here on kisskh, but in my opinion that wasnt the case, since PEB and LTH had more screen time than them.
Lee Soo Kyung (love the actress) character added NOTHING and when i tell you NOTHING is really nothing to the plot and her only talent is to be extremely loud, her character could be removed and not many things would change
PEB and LTH the spotlight stealers of the drama that had a good chemistry and i wouldnt mind seeing them together in another drama.
I must say that the dumb gene runs strong in that family, a door can be smarter than all the siblings together. How they managed to fall for every single trap i still dont know. The way they they juggle with money is so frustrating.
And finally the f*cking forgiveness in the end ruined for, drama writers please learn just because their family doesnt mean they deserve forgiveness!!
