In my neck of the woods, there are plenty of Asian & non-Asian immigrants. Many still don't have American accents despite arriving during their elementary school days.

And in my travels abroad, some people speak perfect English despite never leaving their native country.

Heck, every Chinese drama, with or without BJT, time-loop or not, modern or historical, is basically the same.

Chinese dramas cannot possibly be as original as South Korean dramas.

Let me get this straight. The people defending South Korea aren't even (likely) from South Korea, which I never said they were. I called them koreaboos which, by definition, means people who defend South Korea, whether they're from South Korea or not.

You're lying if you say that there isn't anti-Chinese sentiment on South Korean social media.

Of course, they're not talking about this on social media, they're not the offended party here.

But when they perceive real or imagined slights from China such as the alleged appropriation of Korean culture (hanfu is a copy of hanbok LOL), you better believe they rant & rave on social media. Heck, go to any random YouTube channel re: hanfu, & you should find South Korean trolls saying there's no such thing as hanfu, that hanfu is nothing but Chinese communist propaganda, that hanfu is a copy of hanbok, and so on and so on.

"Hanfu" literally means the clothing of the Han Chinese people. There's plenty of archeological evidence to prove hanfu existed & that different dynasties had their own different versions of hanfu. Not to mention, in ancient times, most of Asia (including Korea & Japan) were under Chinese influence.

Heck, the written Korean language was entirely Chinese characters until some Korean king decided to dumb things down by getting rid of the majority of Chinese characters to improve the literacy rates of the Korean masses.

But China copied Korean clothing? And South Koreans didn't whine about it? They weren't overly sensitive & too easily sensitive over this fake news?
