Sigh… MDL still haven’t cleaned up all the junk ratings that crashed ratings from 8.5-8.6 to 8.1 in less than…
At this point, it's highly unlikely that MDL is going to do anything about it. Not to mention, it's hardly implausible that MDL might prefer it this way because it drives more traffic to this site than fair & accurate ratings would.
Lily Malice trying her hand at geopolitical discussion is beyond ridiculous. And just pls leave just Zhang Linghe…
There isn't a single C-drama on her watchlist, so I wonder if she's ever actually seen one. This would, however, explain her ignorance and blatant bias.
Oh, and this isn't the first time she's weighed in on geopolitics. She's done so more than once, which is how I originally got the unpleasant acquaintance with her work.
Lily Alice is a koreaboo whose entire MDL watchlist is made up of k-dramas. And you seriously think she's doing…
Oh, and it's not as if she's spinning some sort of narrative to enhance ZLH 's image. Here she's just regurgitating stuff (like the whole Foundation General controversy) that I've seen elsewhere.
The thing is, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. The fact that you're making such claims without sufficient evidence is how conspiracy theories start. And the reason conspiracy theories start is because true probability is, for the most part, counterintuitive due to evolutionary psychological pressures. I'm not sure if you're familiar with Bayes Theory. But the idea, is that dependent on how we establish our priors (due to personal experiences and biases), our estimation of the baseline rate can widely vary which will lead to widely differing conclusions that are difficult to adjust in light of new evidence. Just check below thread and you'll see that most people drew complete different and opposing conclusions than you did, which is why I responded to your post in the first place because I was so surprised by it. A general rule of thumb to objectively assess situations is to apply Occam's Razor, establish good priors by looking at the whole body of work and evidence in question (here that would be Lily Alice's entire article archives & watchlist) to avoid confirmation and survivorship biases due to (intentional or unintentional) cherry picking of available data.

I'm guessing because ZLH is actually popular, so any article that's good or bad is going to drive traffic to this site. Right now, there's not much potentially bad takes. When there are, she's not going to hold back. Or, do you think all that "Foundation General" stuff is supposed to make ZLH look good?? (pun intended)
A lot of you SEA's are. That's why so many of you get plastic surgery & lighten your skin to look more East Asian. See, for example, Lisa from Blackpink.
The SEA tropical weather, unfortunately, causes extensive sun damage.
Apparently, it left her speechless because I haven't heard back yet.

Check out her troll jobs re: C-netz reactions to the k-drama Tempest. She's not going to do the C-ent industry any favors.
I generally don't like labeling people with different opinions "haters," but this is ridiculous.
But racism is nothing to joke about. Nor is it something to be weaponized against others without sufficient evidence.
