The differences aren't too great. The events you've seen so far follow the novel. Some parts are not in it and some things have been rearranged, but the heart of the story is the same. The fl is pretty much on point as is TTJ. The novel is much more angsty and brutal and there are torture scenes that would never pass censorship. But for the most part it is very much like the novel and following the major plot points fairly accurately, although with minor changes.

he still becomes the devil god. he's just not heartless any longer. And SuSu is also half demon and she also guards the demon world to prevent them from causing trouble.

I'm just basing my guess off of how the novel went. It's not two alternate endings. BE happens...then after 1000 years come the HE. In the novel they marry at the very end. The final chapter is their wedding. After that are 8 epilogues which explain some details that happens throughout the novel. If the drama follows the novel plot I'm guessing it will be a happy ending.
When did they make the baby? Was it in the heaven realm or in the demon realm or before that
It was after he started demonizing. She snuck in and she had a veil covering her face. But he recognized her anyway and she was chosen to "tend" to him. I assume they had sex because after that all hell starts to break loose and she's pregnant before she's pushed into that death gate.
It’s a set up for why he’s going to do this terrible thing to her 🤦♀️ the knife that make sure LSS…
During that time he was still cruel. Trust me....there's no misunderstanding. In the novel he forces SuSu to kill Xiao Lin with a spell. Not sure if they will show this in the drama but even right now he only wants power and revenge. It's his evil nature LOL.
1. Ye xi wu dies on that tower, by the thunder and the overusing of the alluring jade (her meridians are broken…
He ends up SuSu and he's happy to find out he has a daughter. She's mischievous too due to her demon side. She's a little troublemaker. lol. The novel says she's very well behaved in front of SuSu but her father encourages her troublemaking side.

in the novel he dies first but Li SuSu is already pregnant. When he comes back to life, his daughter finds him first not realizing that he is her father. SuSu looks for her daughter and sees him. She sorta chases after him and suggests to him that she need a husband and Zi Mi needs a father. They get married and he returns to the demon realm as the monarch. I have no idea how the drama will portray the timeline of that though. So far they have stayed close to the novel, so hopefully they will do the same here....but no promises.
The novel has both HE and SE so we have to wait till the show ends to know the answer 😢
yes i read the full novel. There's a misconception that it has 2 alternate endings. There is a BE. That ending is necessary to end the cycle of karma. Then after that is a few chapters which is the happy ending....that ending happens after the events of the BE. They are not separate story lines. The events of the HE happens 1000 years after the BE and it's very sweet. Judging by the calendar, there is a double happiness symbol at the end, so I'm assuming that we will get both endings in the drama.

Nope. There is only one ending....happy. The BE people refer to is something that happens to put an end to all mess started in the war 10,000 years prior. The happy ending happens after the BE. It is not an alternative storyline.
yes....he searches for her soul for 500 years. He will never stop loving her.
LSS loves him but at first she's heartbroken and hopes to never meet him again. In the novel he did terrible things, so by the end of the mortal arc she's just tired of it all. But as things progress in the immortal world she eventually does forgive him.
