the reason why most of the viewers watching this show right now is because they were hooked by the unique and unusual story betweet Enigma x Alpha trope that hasn't been found that much in any omegaverse story.

so one thing about Shen Wen Lang is, He's not actually a red flag imo. he just has a very foul mouth & unbarabale attitude. that's why we always sees him acting so harshly towards anyone in the show including to Gao Tu himself which he conciders as one of the person he cherish the most.
imagine being Gao Tu tho for always having to deal with that attitude every single day.
