no matter how much i think about it, I still find it so ironic how they were so scared of showing us a bit of gay romance in the story of a so-called "BoyLove" show.
no kiss isn't even that big of a deal here. but the way they only gave the two main leads 10 last few minutes of screentime in the last episode to be "lovey dovey" in a really censored way (come get your sibling, chinese bromances) is what the main issue here. they could've gave us a cute little peck on the cheek, but they chose not to.

in conclusion, don't write and direct a BoyLove story if you aren't brave enough to get out of your comfort zone (the homophobia) to make the show gay.

PREACH !! it's such a shame that lots of kbl enjoyers are tent to downplaying thai bls when there are literally tons of good ones there.

like if you're gonna make an adaptation from a POPULAR MANHWA into a live action DO IT RIGHT.
there's gotta be reasons why "Secret Relationships" which also adapted from a popular manhwa getting praises and good ratings from the audience while this show is getting the opposite.
just stop doing adaptations from bl manhwas, if you're not going to give the manhwa justice.

if only they made this show more accessible to watch on other bigger platforms like IQIYI or wetv to boost the hype even more...

the writing of this show has been nothing but bad since the very first eps omg..
thought they were gonna improved the writing as the episodes going each weaks.
but guess what? they really did not do that 🤦‍♀️

YES!! this series is so enjoyable and fun. the plot isn't anything special or out of the box but the way they delivered the story with proper writing of each characters is what makes it so interesting.
heesu in class 2 could've been a lot better series if only they were focusing on the "lgbtq" theme of the story, just like the manhwa.
but they choose to ruin everything with the lazy writing, & straightwashing it with that unnecessary straight second couple..

only 2 episodes out and it's already been the best and the most interesting KBL among the other 2 KBLS that is on-going currently.
heesu in class 2 doesn't even stand a chance against this series despite already has 6 episodes out lol

the plot is simple and predictable. but they're not doing a straightwashing in the series just like "shitsu in class 2" is doing.

girly could've choosen to auditoned to any other mainstream k-dramas since her name is already pretty well known in south korea, but she choses to be in this show instead...

I'm aren't to give this series a ONE STAR rating if they weren't gonna focusing and giving more screentime to the main couple until the final episode. hell even if they make the screetime of the 2 couples equal, I'll still be giving this series a one star.
mind you, people are here FOR THE GAYS. so of course we want to see the gays, not the straight ones.

the op said that heesu in class 2 is THE FIRST DIP of kbl series with longer duration. and I replied to them that the first kbl series with longer or more than 30 minutes duration was actually Unintentional Love Story, not Heesu in class 2 🤞

the first dip of cute & FULL BL series in KBL industry with longer duration was "Unintentional Love Story". the series consists of 10 episodes with an average of 35 minutes runtime each episodes.

well if only they didn't mess this show up by adding an unnecessary couple that DOESN'T even exist on the original work (the manwha) let alone a straight couple one, people wouldn't be as furious as they are now.

I got a few things to say about this series. so bare with me..
- first, they were trying to make this series more "universal" for adding a straight couple so anyone who doesn't like BLs would like this show. and this is STUPID by the way.
- second, they kept postponing the release date of this series because they tried to make this aired on a popular cabled televison, but that didn't work.
so they finally releasing it now, more then two years after the filming ended when the hype has dried out.
- third, how is the MAIN COUPLE getting less screentime than the second couple when it literally is a series focusing on HEESU and SEUNGWON's relationship not the other way around?

they really saw all those backlash from the bl fans & the manhwa fans about them adding a useless straight couple in this manhwa adapted series and just decided to not gaf lol

funny that i felt a lot more chemistry between Nat and Gun (the one who played phupha) in the eps 1 of the series alone, than between Nat and Max even though they aren't the official partner here lol.
their chemistry in eps 1 alone is already bigger than what Nat and Max gave throughout the whole series.

It's kinda ironic to see how people love to lie to themselves. because wdym you're saying that Soohyun is the "purest" & "the most sympathized" character among all the 4 main characters of the show?
