8 episodes would have been more than enough. It felt dragged out with too many repetitive fluffy love scenes. Loving OhmLeng though but hope they get something better in 2025
Absolutely Awesome drama/comedy, TayNew are as always bang on with their chemistry, the script is fun & well written, filmed brilliantly, this is a must watch series!!
I'm loving OhmLeng and this series in general, but I'm disappointed that there is not much from the actual Kidnap, considering it is what it's called. The whole Kidnap plot was done in the first couple of episodes, and apart from a couple of episodes with Suea & that bad gang, the rest of the episodes are now just padding out Q & Mins relationship, breaking up, together again, jealousy, jealousy resolved, etc. It could have ended at episode 8 if this is all we're going to get until the series finale. The kidnap plot should have lasted a lot longer in my opinion - it might as well just be called 'The Lovers'
This show is amazing, even without the BL element, the chemistry of TayNew is electric, and every week the guest stars give such good performances - would recommend this to be watched by everyone!
It took a few episodes for me to understand what was happening, but once I did, I was hooked! This is such a good drama, great acting and interesting story, loved it.
I like how director Golf has created the same character, cafe for all and same setting for both this and Wandee Goodday even though both are different production studios, nice crossover
I really starting to dislike it. Part 4 was okay, but the rest annoying. I hate the music so much, it puts me…
Agreed, it's the same story every week - fall out or misunderstanding, resolved by the end of the episode, and again next week. It's very slow paced too, just seems to be going around in circles.MSP was much faster paced with a bigger cast to bounce off one another, I miss this
This did not need 16 whole episodes and I will die on that hill. It also did not need 4 couples paired and all…
Totally agree, it was a lovely drama but it was unnecessarily dragged out, especially when nothing actually seemed to happen, except a lot of fluffy filler of lads being shocked or dismissive everytime their so called boyfriend gave them the weakest kiss. It's the well known actors that get this drama it's high rating, if it was 8 unknown actors, nobody would be bothered. Gutted Marc & Poon hardly got any development or screen time in comparison to the others, although I guess as Poon was a late addition it's understandable, but they might as well have not been in it at all for their contributions.
I didn't expect much from this series, but I absolutely love it and I've really warmed quickly to GreatInn, they make a really good ship & I hope they have lots more together in the future.
Will GMM ever sort out the rights to this and upload to YouTube or release a DVD. I know you can view it on 'other sites' but usually the picture quality is not great and it's full of pop up ads
Still saying all that, it would have been nice to see more of the kidnap plot, it happened very fast, lol

Story is a good idea but some of the acting is very questionable and I just couldn't take it as serious as it was intended.
