Excellent storytelling from a 1980's perspective.

[No spoilers] Set in the 1980s, Your Name Engraved Herein is a Taiwanese coming of age queer film centred around two young men fighting against their own conservative beliefs and coming to terms with their own sexuality -- despite whether this is socially acceptable or not. A must watch for those interested in a coming of age, realistic storytelling from a real-life queer perspective. Movie soundtrack also hits hard.

[No spoilers] Love in the Big City is more than just your typical BL, it tackles real life examples of queer people and their struggles with their own identity, relationships and ultimately their love life. The characters are carefully navigated into the world of Go Young, as he bounces from one person to another, he learns more about himself and how to love, love. This show beautifully encapsulates the subtle nuances of queer love and also breaks down the stereotypes of STDs and the alike.
