I think he started off with the intention to use her for the revenge purposes but ended up falling in love with her however his love for her was not stronger than the desire for revenge. I absolutely love what you just said "if a show is well-written and well-acted, the audience will come and watch" It's as simple as that. Thank you for sharing the dramas success and the backstory no promotion and the actors were not the high end type yet it broke records after records. I say this because it can be quite frustrating when dramas are promoted on dependant of the most famous actors yet its not captivating enough or leaves the audience uninterested at some point. It also robs real talent talent opportunities the main leads are doing such an EXCEPTIONAL JOB can't fault it. The cinematography is also fantastic not once have I lost interest in this masterpiece. I hope most agencies can take this lesson and apply it then we would have very productive and success in the industry.
