Exactly! Every new drama with an older man, younger woman you hear the same b*tching. Toxic feminism on full display.
That's not independent thinking. That's refusing to open your eyes and instead following the massively growing number of complainers and misplaced sensitivity when it comes to what women are doing. "Big blocks of barely legible text"... You mean the concept that we're not writing formal essays? That this is a platform to have discussions on eastern entertainment and not some highly acclaimed critic assembly meeting? Pull that head out of your ass.

You care enough to write paragraphs, essays really, got that MLA format 1inch margins double spaced and everything lol. Again, you're bringing up toxic femininity revolving around ideas from a skewed interpretation of third wave feminism. I don't blame you. Society, "anti-sjw's", and just internal misogynist has completely brainwashed many into thinking that any display of negativity towards men, whether it be a supposed "double standard" taken from having an opinion on an older male age gap, is misandry and not equality. Again, you're the one sounding emotional. You're not engaging or trying to further a discussion when you condescend and patronize others for simply not siding with you on a drama that makes many uncomfortable. OOF, boo-hoo I don't like your oppas drama. Never said I didn't like ALL male older dramas, you constructed that concept in your head and began flaunting "double standard!" "toxic feminism" out of nowhere. Coming for you? Not at your level? You just went from immature to somewhere below that.

You're again, repeating yourself. You're also wrongly quoting me without the proper context. I said it was morally wrong to people including me and that's why I don't watch. I find it disturbing and unpleasant. I don't do this to every single older male drama with a huge age gap so no, dear, I am not "a sjw" or displaying any type of sexism you may think you're deciphering lol. I simply said I don't like this one. Not sure why this bothers you so much and you took it to your heart but really calm down and remember you're arguing so heatedly on a korean drama forum. Hopefully you understand how I'm not against all older male dramas and can go on with your life!

Lol, didn't know you were looking at my comments waiting to see if I would respond the same on the opposite occurring in those dramas. It's not that deep or serious. You can't label someone who doesn't like older man-younger women series as displaying toxic feminism. That's a reach sis. "Keep your morals out of other people's business" well, you see, it is my business. I'm not a passive viewer and I advise everyone not to be. What's represented on television impacts thousands, millions of people, and we can engage with it by speaking out and voicing what's upsetting or wrong. Everyone has an opinion. It IS my business as it is yours which you utilize by tearing people down and exclaiming "righteously indignant!" and "toxic feminism!" whenever someone disagrees with it. I am critically thinking, you're just choosing to insult rather than argue logically instead of emotionally. Again, calling someone a child doesn't put yourself higher than the other. It makes you look ignorant on the topic as you have to defend yourself with it.
Korean drama's idea of masculinity borders on sexual harassment and stalker behavior. Then again it can come across…
I'm triggered? Because I called you a weeb? That's just what you are dude, nothing to get all defensive about. Own it. You suck the traditionalist culture right out of Japans asshole.

It's okay, I understand and can relate with your ramblings lol. I definitely thought I was being overcritical and over analyzing everything between these two, actors and the characters they play, but what I think is morally wrong is gonna be held morally wrong. It's definitely not an all black and white area, and I can see and respect that, but I morally disagree with the relationship. Yes, in Korea she is 20?21? but in actuality she's 19. A teenager to a middle-aged man. Again, not totally against and hating them. Will I ship them or give them my approval? Certainly not,

I don't know how it's toxic feminism just because some people feel uncomfortable with this age gap. Yes, it's reversed sometimes and unfair but, to be fair, this guy really does look older than her despite the years in between them only being so much. She really looks young af despite being of age. You can't fault that on anyone or simply pull toxic feminism out of your ass as an actual logical argument for it.
