Idk where you get the idea that Jiwon has an upper hand over Jihyuk lol. Jihyuk loves her and wants to protect her. They talk about their issues and resolve them. Yes, Jiwon was impulsive in breaking up with him, but she owned that mistake and apologized to him. She asked for his opinion before seducing Minhwan and when he told her he found a better solution for getting Minhwan to cheat on Sumin so that her fate could go to Sumin (I.e., by getting Minhwan to fall for Yura), she trusted his judgment and decided not to do things her way. Jiwon opens up to Jihyuk and doesn't fight her mental battles alone. Jihyuk listens to her, offers her support, and also gives his perspective. They say cute, loving, and heart-warming things to each other when they feel romantic. They confront each other when they deem the other has crossed boundaries (e.g., when Jihyuk confronted Jiwon for unilaterally breaking up with him; and when Jiwon confronted Jihyuk for flirting with her when she had a boyfriend and she though he had a girlfriend). So far, they haven't hidden things from each other, and if they did, they said the truth eventually. Jihyuk stopped Minhwan from hitting Jiwon. I could go on and on and on. If this is not a "healthy" relationship, then idk what your idea of a healthy relationship is lol. I don't know what you expect to see so that the relationship doesn't seem "dull."

He is soo creepy lol I hope they find out he is behind this nonsense in the next episode. He seems obsessed or in love with the ML - I can't tell yet. But it's definitely not normal behavior. And what??? Telling ML that he shouldn't be happy??? What the heck??? If I were the ML, the red flags would have gone up really fast at that statement. That's not something a friend would say. Kyung min is a psychopath lol But I still love the drama. It's sooo cute.
