Totally. I think write have done a good job portraying how insecurity looks like bare and honest. It can be frustrating for the one looking at it as a third person. Hope to see a more confident and secure JG building up. :)

Totally understand your frustration with how JG handling her relationship with SH. But then I also since I myself have been struggling with insecurity understand where it comes from. You become self conscious and can not see things objective. it slowly eating you inside. But form the preview it looks like she gonna see for herself what mental state SH is in and be there for him. The producer of the drama also said we gonna se growth for all three so we are heading in that direction it looks like. Theres gonna be pain before growth can happen.

Even with make up you can still feel ugly as what you feel about yourself inside is the most important. After all the bullying calling her ugly she have created a dysmorphic image of herself. So of course she do not know that she actually beautiful attracting boys. Her deep insecurity can not be fixed just because of make up but need to come from inside witch will not happen in one day. So far it is just Soho that have said she is beautiful without make up and given her some confidence. But yeah it is gonna take time to heal and find confidence.

Yeah, I think she need to learn some things about relationship as it is very clear her insecurity is a very big road block. They both have some growth to do in learning how to handle a romantic relationship and how to maintain it. Look forward to see a very confident JG not scared about her relationships not just love but also friends. Looks like they have an argument and SH is running after her and that is where the car accident happens. I trust writer gonna show the couple growth and also friendship.

Seems like she gonna act out because of jealousy. But I like to think that she gonna come around though after doing some reflecting.

I think this gonna be catalyst for the boys to finally mend their friendship and talk about what happened.

I do not mind if he got another love line though. Better than dragging this love triangle when we knows who JK love. Since we have 8 episodes to go, so they can portray how SJ get over his crush on JK and fall for another girl.

Agree with you guys. I also hope the love triangle end as they learn SH and JG is couple. I am hopeful but scared for next week. I think those episodes gonna tell us witch direction we are headed reaching the final stretch of this drama. I hope the focus gonna be about friendship and also growth for everyone. JG need to find her confidence in herself and in her relationship with other people.

in ep 9 preview it is also a scene before the last where they wear same cloths and they are outside. Now I can be wrong but maybe when they are outside they gonna have a conversation that is misunderstood between them and after MJ and SG is wanting to clear things up. I guess they trying to communicate their feelings for each other end talk about it. Looks to me they gonna acknowledge their feelings and heating up the romance as they trying to articulate what they feel for each other.

I do not like this fan war going on here. I feel this have become a fight over who is better for our main girl than watching what the story is delivering. I totally understand why people like SJ as he have a fun and outgoing personality. It is easy like this type of character I do too. But I also want to say SH is also a very interesting character. I mean since their friend death he have isolated himself from everyone drawing up a big wall butting up this cold facade. All this because of his guilt and shame. SJ clearly is allowed to be load and bubbly while SH is more quiet personality holding back. No wonder he is struggling dealing with falling for JG as he clearly feel he have no right to be happy and therefor did some time pulling back from JG. But she also making him coming out of his shell as we saw in ep 7 interacting with more people. Also JG clearly is falling for SH as he do like her for who she is. It is sad SJ is not gonna get the girl, but that do not mean he can not be happy. I think the way for both of SH and SJ to make peace with the passing of their friend is actually talk about it. I hope now that SH and JG have become couple we can leave the love triangle and focus on friendship and also how they gonna grow as a couple and individually.

Totally agree about them having flaws make them more human and also elevate this drama from the standar high school drama. There is place for growth for all of them to explore in the upcoming episodes.

Yeah preview is often misleading, so take them with grand of salt. That is my experience watching dramas for some years. :)

His dad is not living in Japan so I do not think he gonna be forced to leave like in the webtoon. Consider they have just 16 episodes so they clearly have changed many things to fit it into the drama format. :)

They aired new year special program. But drama is back on air next week. :)

Yeah, I agree about not using the right emotions and that in Wi Gen eyes it seems like he starting to get out of control with his emotions. But then he still a teenager trying to figure himself out. Most people at that age have allot of emotions they trying to understand and sometime become uncontrollable. Beside Su moon just got trusted with powers that he still not in totally control of. What he need is some trusting mentors/parent figures like he have with Mo tak and Mae ok. Wi Gen did not think about how instrument So Moon is in finding evil spirits and his investigation mind. I think our Counters gonna feel the loose of Su Moon....

I think the point is that she clearly subconscious can feel he is DY even though he says he is WY. He can not hide his personality that is seeping true and she falling for him again in his young body. At least this is how I see it.

It is holiday this week in Korea so many dramas do not airing. They have replaced with holiday programs. drama is back to usual broadcasting next week. :)

Consider JK was drunk he was probably just gonna let her stay in his apartment while waiting for taxi like she did. Better than waiting outside in drunk state. Before anything else they are friends, so he acted as a friend would do maybe thinking about her being hurt breaking up with HH. Also I do not think he really was in a headspace to really think about the reason they did break up. He was getting many bombs; mother health, money issue, JK giving them money. Beside his carrier struggle. So the last thing on his mind was love issue at that moment. That is evident in the conversation with HH as laid out about his problem since they are old friends he felt he could talk with HH about it.

Let see what she gonna do. But I do not think LX gonna sit stil if she in any form say bad or do bad things to JJ or her dad. If any thing her action gonna make it even more easy for LX to serve any ties with her. I think this arch gonna be about LX finally getting ride of his trauma and becoming free and happy man. Compared to when he was 18 now he is adult with a stable life so she do not have the same power over him anymore. :)
