rewatched for hyunwook's performance as suho since his 5 seconds of screen time in s2 didn't satisfy me (although i'm glad he still made an appearance). truly a fascinating character... i enjoyed the acting a lot. baku in s2 had a great friendship with sieun too but there is something different about suho that makes them an unforgettable duo. i saw someone say that baku acts as a hero for a larger group of people whereas suho feels like he is fighting for sieun exclusively. probably because the s2 friend group is bigger and stays loyal throughout the entire season, which makes shse duo seem really special (which it is)
would love to see more of shse's friendship in a potential 3rd season and see how along with s2's new friends they can achieve greater things all together. once again though, suho and sieun's friendship was really mesmerizing
OK TF saw some post saying DIRECTOR somehow confirmed that SuHo and SiEun were in love and I see some comments…
WHAT IM SAYING. if anyone's uncomfortable then they're just a homophobic goofball cuz there ain't no way you're getting mad over this. it's not even the main plot, can we just appreciate the connection between the characters holy
the genre of this kdrama is obviously action but that doesn't necessarily mean that there couldn't be subtle romance. it's fine if you don't think shse have a connection that is beyond regular friendship, that's for you to choose, but you can't really get mad at people who do ship them because the characters' actions are LITERALLY there. it's NOT a bl since the plot is centered around fighting, but that doesn't mean there can't be slight romance between any of the characters. there's plenty of straight ships from kdramas that aren't tagged as romance at all and there was never a huge issue for those fandoms. if one of them was a girl, making it a straight ship then most of yall won't be complaining cuz it'd be more "normal"
lowkey just admit that you're slightly homophobic if you feel the need to actively prove that they can't possibly have a romantic connection. if you don't see them together then don't and move on, no one's forcing you to like a ship but it's only normal if some other fans can see it.
the scene in ep 3 where seulgi saw jei and her father made me so confused. can someone explain the situation, are they like sisters or something ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ it doesnt help that the translation kinda sucks
can someone give me more information on the gu yu character? ive watched every episode out so far and know that he appeared a few times but i never remembered his character introduction like who is he exactly ðŸ˜
