I saw sneak peeks of the next few episodes and their romance is going to hit off soon.... But their chemistry till now is also too good, I hope there won't be any problem caused but 2FL... but a drama related to pediatrics is something new and interesting so I think this drama might be a pretty good one...

The male lead is having more dramas coming up where he is the lead and as for the female lead, there is one more drama coming up but I'm not sure if it's confirmed..... but reading you review, it is true that this drama exceeds expectation but you should continue Love is sweet, cause when their chemistry starts, their romance will make up for all the lost chemistry in the beginning....
So at first I was very hesitant to watch this K-drama even though some of my favorite actors are the leads.... But I still wanted to give it a go but dropped it half way through episode 4 two weeks ago.... I again gave it a go and I literally completed it in 2 days... Trust me when MDL added this as the no.1 on their list of dramas so good nothing else compares, I did not show much interest but man was I wrong.... This is one of the best dramas I have ever seen and I can't wait for the second season.... Angel's Last mission Love was my favorite but I think Hospital Playlist is no.1 now for me.... Highly recommend this drama.... It was their friendship that I liked best in this drama....
There are many dramas where you love the story, the acting and everything till the very last episode but it all gets ruined because of the ending..... This is the 3rd time I watched this drama and I have to say that ending may not be satisfying to many but if you look from the perspective of the characters, that chance given to them to be together, I don't think it could have been a more perfect ending..... This drama is by far my favorite Korean Drama and I could not ask for a more perfect one!!! and I can't even begin about how much the OSTs made me cry.....

ikr..... but on the contrary I do admire his father who knows xixi's potential... I also like Ms. Ouyang who is not this obsessive Ex- Girlfriend but actuallly wishes well for xixi and duan ran... their characters was also one of the reasons I kept this drama going on in my list and just bit my teeth and stayed patient in his mom's scenes....

I think they had some misunderstanding and they will break up and xixxi will leave and Duan Ran will follow her to the airport and then they might get back together... This is my understanding from the trailer and the song in the end of every episode.... Not sure though but in the episode calender it say marriage in ep 46-47.... But her mother is just too selfish... She caused her bestfriend to things she did not wanna and now she is breaking up their kids and ruining them....
