Hahahahaha!! It is a bit harsh but I do agree with you. I have watched until ep 23 and so far I dislike the FL…
I saw Xu Kai in The Legends though I loved Bai Lu and his chemistry though not a story I typically enjoy but I finished the series and loved them so much together that I watched Arsenal military academy again not really type of genre I enjoy but they were great in it disappointing though that there romantic scenes were cut. I watched both ALP and FIYS and really he did nailed both of the characters. I don't really think age matters that much when it comes to acting I have seen several actors/actress just seem to lose the talent as they grow old. But this is new I never knew he wasn't a trained actor I am glad he can justify the roles he play because there are several actors/actresses who are just pretty faces. Yeah sometime fans don't really appreciate pointing out shortcomings and make an issue out of nothing. I remember seeing that comment somewhere in the section about TY always looking perfect with makeup and hair even while sleeping. One of the things in the novel was she was a gamer who mentioned having acne from time to time had dark circles very human like. Idol singers tend to play themselves rather than the character which irritates me as they want to maintain there image. Also, they are super busy they barely have time to really understand the character and get into I try to avoid such dramas. I can probably count on my 10 fingers the idol actors/actresses from South Korea and China that can act well.
I can tell you that the drama ending is better than the novel ending, because at least they get to hug and be…
These tiny details make the ending even more unsatisfying and incomplete since BJ really desired these ππ I hope they make a special episode that would be awesome. I saw a YouTube review and while the show was airing it stayed in No:1 spot.

You know I found another favorite scene when BJ and QM merge and Gu Jun goes to see him and he says "why did you let newlywed separate" omg my heart sankπ

Exactly he is such a talented actor my eyes are glued to screen everytime he comes up. You can tell he is in love just by looking at his eyes even without him saying it. Yeah I loved ALP so much I loved the how smoothly he portrayed all different characters within the same story. I belive there were only 2 kiss scenes in the entire 49 episodes but the chemistry they had was just amazing. I think supporting cast for FIYS was great as well I think I wouldn't have watched the show at all if it wasn't fo him. I had said after watching episode 1 that FL needs to improve her acting and doesn't fit the character but hoped she would improve as story progresses but unfortunately it didn't. Also, just wanted to say this is just healthy discussion analyzing where show lacked does that mean you shouldn't watch no give it a try it's not a bad show. Could it have been better absolutely not just FL's acting wise I definitely had some issue with the story as well and not just the show but novel too. It's a fact that FL needs to work on her acting we are not being disrespectful or hating on her but pointing out a simple point that can help her as an actor.

You guys are right she FL wasn't really right fit to play TY. I have read the novel Xu Kai was on point nobody can play LSC better than him and FL's character is very expressive in the novel I did not find her character boring in the novel rather she was just very relatable. For most of the time she she had just one expression on her face and someone really had to say every time why are you shy for me to understand she is suppose to be shy/embarrassed in this scene while Xu Kai's character just conveyed most of his feeling with his eyes. Unfortunately, for me at least it gets uncomfortable to watch when they get intimate because I felt she was uncomfortable/awkward in all those scenes.
Why? I am hoping they would pair up in a modern drama
Well they have great chemistry I would love to see them together again I thought she was replaced because she got bashed by Xu Kai's fans. That's sad not to see them on screen again I guess if it's true and depending on how amicably breakup happened we might see them together. I just adore them onscreen and didn't even knew they were together till today when they no longer together.

Very sad indeed those moments that he spent with his sons are so precious and priceless and his goodbye to shangu are truly heartbreaking. Also, when tianqi tells him to make a weapon for his son as he has been there for all his firsts. BJ face when Shanggu had the conversation with him after all the gods are dismissed. His son telling him you leaving me again I might be wrong but I felt that yanqi may have recognized that it's his father in fegran's disguise who comes and spens time with him. Yuanqi telling him my mother said you don't deserve us him telling his father to bring him weapons, when he first enters and yuanqi says what is he doing here I can't they are too damn sad πππ why is xu kai such a good actor he nailed it with playing so many complicated emotions. I need a break too emotional I need to watch a complete romance show after this with no more heartbreak my heart can't handle this much sadness.

Yeah hopefully we get to see him more romantic dramas he is so underrated hope he gets deserved credit instead of people nitpicking unnecessarily and making issue without actually analyzing actors skill and effort they put into playing a character. FIYS is LSC all the way I wouldn't have watched the show if it wasn't for him from the first scene to last he owned the screen. Btw for xio zhan I have only seen him on the untamed but I never really understood hype around the show and was an average show for me I watched it but that was about it. It wasn't impressive enough for me to rewatch it or become obsessed but I wanted to watch TOOL but unfortunately due to delays in release I just gave up.

Just saw the 47 and 48 with eng sub omg it's sad the dialogue the expression are just priceless. After all this I want the ending to even more fulfilling. I saw somewhere showing drama having 50 episode what's going on there. I think Xu Kai deserves the support he is so underrated he does own each of his characters and all of them have its uniqueness you can't say they are similar. I wouldn't even watch a show if I know its tragic/sad ending I am all for happy and fullfing endings :)
