The first fiancé is Lou Yao, the puppy, second fiancé Ling Bu Yi, the wolf, and third fiancé Yuan Shuan, the fox. These are the nicknames for each fiancé lol🤣. So far, there is no SML syndrome that I have seen but everyone is rooting for Ling Bu Yi and Niao Niao! The other gentlemen are good suitors but not the right match for our FML😤.
LY Aunt is rude and harsh! They way she degraded LY and the second chambers is sad. I can’t believe she wanted CSS to bow down on her knees and Lou Li is no better. Just like the Third Aunt said, “All couple are the same. They may not be deeply affectionate with each other. But if their parents get in their way, they would immediately feel that they’re a couple with a cruel fate. Then they would be inseparable.” I think that is what CSS currently feels. If Yuan Yi is constantly interfering with CSS “relationship” with LY, she’ll continue to fight and believe that they should be together since they been through some obstacles( even though this was just the beginning). CSS has never witnessed a husband-and-wife dynamic, she saw her Third aunt and uncle and believed that’s what she wants. But in reality, CSS will learn that this type of husband and wife dynamic is not for her. It may work for others but not for everyone. She doesn’t understand the difference between like and love. But I get why she chose to get engaged with LY right away, he was the only one that proposed to her. So she believes he’s her only option for now. LY comes from a scholar and aristocratic family, I understand Yuan Yi’s concern for her daughter, but I don’t agree with her approach. I think once CSS sees how LY family is, she will start to doubt their engagement. I rewatched the episodes and I kept thinking about when CSS parents left her for war. They said that they can’t keep Marquis Hou waiting. Is there some connection between the Cheng and the Hou family?
