The cast performed well as it was possible to both love and hate the characters. The interaction between Yang Mi and Xu Kai was very good, in addition to presenting a visually harmonious couple, they delivered smooth scenes loaded with the necessary emotion for the development of the drama.
The director made no mistakes that compromised the drama, she conducted it with a satisfactory rhythm and ended it simply, however, within the context.
The soundtrack used is pleasant.

The direction carried the drama smoothly and did not end in a hasty way, but the script had many holes and poorly explained situations. The photography is good and the scenes are well edited, there are no big mistakes in the editing.
The cast is very good and the performances are quite convincing. Wang De Shun's presence brings a special glow, there were few scenes, but he is a master in the art of acting. It's the first time I've seen actress Chen Yu Qi work in a non-wuxia/xinxia drama and I really enjoyed her acting. Hu Yi Tian always composes his characters in a captivating way, having a slender body, the action scenes were quite beautiful.
The soundtrack is pleasant, scenography and costumes adequate.
This drama is worth it just for the excellent work of the actors as the plot is quite disappointing.

The cast enriched the plot with good performances. Actress Ma Si Chun, as always, presented an exquisite performance. Her presence in a drama guarantees brilliant acting, maybe she is not among the most beautiful actresses in China, but she is one of the best Chinese actresses.
The direction produced excellent scenes, did not make mistakes that compromised the drama and finished without haste.

The cast is made up of visually pleasing artists. Initially the performances are not surprising, but not compromising. Throughout the drama, with the different phases of the characters, the actors surprise with very good performances. This is the third work I've seen from actor Dylan Wang and, for the first time, his performance convinced me.
The direction managed to produce excellent scenes, did not make mistakes in the editing and finished without the 'running' of many dramas. The special effects are visually good, very elaborate and beautiful costumes, beautiful backgrounds and a pleasant soundtrack.

Princesa Weiyoung é uma história interessante, porém com excesso de vilões, poucos personagens gostáveis, romance morno e esquecimento na finalização de alguns personagens. O desenrolar do enredo é muito lento (apenas no capítulo 27 é que há o primeiro entendimento sobre o romance). A protagonista feminina, apesar de ser inteligente, não consegue emplacar seus planos e sempre é vencida pelos vilões, o tempo de tela dos vilões é maior que do casal protagonista. As cenas mais "emocionantes" são as dos vilões, pois os atores que interpretaram esses personagens foram espetaculares e conseguiram despertar todo o asco que cada um dos vilões merecia.
O elenco é muito bom e as atuações são convincentes. O ator Jin Han na pele do asqueroso Chu Yun Nan é um deleite, pois o ator conseguiu demonstrar todo o ódio retido no personagem em seu olhar (o que comprova ele ser um excelente ator, pois estou acostumada a vê-lo como "mocinho" em vários dramas). A atriz Rachel Momo deu vida com maestria a personagem mais detestável do drama. A interpretação de Chen Yu Qi é primorosa, pois consegue caminhar entre a irritante e a meiga princesa Tuo Ba Di (para o meu gosto, o melhor personagem do drama e a atuação que mais me surpreendeu).
A direção cometeu alguns erros, mas nada que comprometa o trabalho.
O figurino é bem elaborado e a trilha sonora agradável.

The universe conspired in favor
The script is pleasant, the writer created very well-elaborated characters, was careful not to leave loose ends in the story and developed a romance without misunderstandings, with complicity and full trust in each other.The cast is superb, with convincing performances. Rarely do you have a supporting cast of such quality as this drama. Seeing seniors Wang De Shun and Carman Lee in the same drama is a delight for lovers of masterful performances. The protagonists Yang Yang and Zhao Lu Si gave a show of interpretation and interacted with each other in a graceful way, both consolidate themselves as actors of the first magnitude. Actor Fu Bo Han, despite being very young, had a charming performance.
Director Yin Tao did an excellent job, he knew how to take advantage of the great cast he had in his hands. He had a keen eye to capture the best angles of the scenes and, with that, intensify the emotions of the actors. The action scenes are impeccable. The editing was zealous, without making mistakes that compromise the sequencing, perhaps the ending was a little rushed, but it didn't take the shine off the work. Certainly, with a cast of the gods and a captivating script, it must not have been easy to choose the cuts of scenes for the editing of the drama.
The costumes are exuberant, one outfit more beautiful than the other, accessories that fill the eyes.
The special effects were used to the right extent.
The soundtrack is pleasant.
This drama is the fruit of the hard work of everyone involved who did their best.

O enredo do roteiro é interessante, mas o desenvolvimento deixa muito a ser explicado. Acho que é a primeira vez que vi um drama chines com tanto apelo sexual, em algumas cenas, até parecia um drama latino. Os personagens são dúbios, há momentos em que são odiáveis e, ao mesmo tempo, apaixonantes. O cenário é deslumbrante e o diretor soube tirar proveito da paisagem para obter uma linda fotografia, mas ao longo do drama é possível observar algumas falhas na edição. A diretora conduziu o drama, desde o início, sem lentidão, mas na reta final, foi um tanto apressada, deixando algumas cenas mal acabadas. A finalização não é a mais primorosa, mas é satisfatória.
As atuações são boas, apesar de algumas um pouco exageradas. Em algumas cenas é possível observar que o ator de voz não corresponde as emoções demonstradas pelo ator em cena.
O figurino é muito bonito e a música agradável.

O que salvou o drama foram as atuações. Não desisti, exclusivamente, por causa do trabalho do ator Luo Yun Xi, mas até o capítulo 22 não há muita coisa para prender a atenção, pois o roteiro é mal elaborado e os personagens pouco gostáveis. Do início até a metade do drama, a protagonista feminina não é admirável e suas ações são desprezíveis, pois é uma garota que não valoriza os sentimentos daqueles que estão ao seu lado, seja o namorado ou a amiga. O protagonista masculino, na sua busca incessante por reconquistar a protagonista feminina (por mais que ele fosse o personagem mais gostável do drama e que, realmente, a protagonista feminina ainda o amasse), protagonizou uma série de cenas de assédio. O tema sobre as pesquisas sobre a doença de Huntington foi explorado de forma superficial, assim como, o desdobramento dos testes com o medicamento feito pela protagonista é uma incógnita para cada um pensar o que quiser sobre o que aconteceu.

The script is intriguing, although the facts that precede the beginning of the drama are poorly elucidated, some are, superficially, shown in flashbacks, but others are for the deduction of those who watched. The finish is rushed and leaves a little to be desired, but it doesn't compromise the work. I've watched other works by the writer and good finishes are not her strong point, but she usually creates very interesting characters.In this drama, the writer took pains to create characters with very significant personality traits. The characters Xiao Duo and Bu Yin Lou are shrewd and know how to use cunning to get out of various situations, even due to the harshness of the facts they live, they do not lose tenderness and humanity. In other characters, the traits of friendship and loyalty are clear, as in Xiao Duo's two faithful companions, Princess Wan Wan and the adorable young prince. The personality outlined by the writer for the character Murong Gao Gong is exceptional, he is not a common villain, the character shows traces of psychopathy, lives a compulsive obsession that keeps him away from any shadow of humanity, unlike the other villains in the plot who had objetive for power, he did not aim to reach the throne, but when he obtains power, by mere chance, he directs all his power to his object of obsession, loses all connection with good feelings, stops recognizing friends or enemies and starts to rid beware of anyone who questions you or who is afraid that someone will question you. Despite holding the command of life and death, he is a cowardly, fearful and low-intelligence emperor to rule the kingdom.
The cast was formidable, excellent performances. Chen Yu Qi dressed the character masterfully, I've watched several dramas with her, but since Ashes of Love I haven't seen her shine so brightly. Actor Peter Ho is the first time I see a drama with him, his performance caught my attention. I don't know about the consistency of his acting work, but in this drama, without a doubt, his acting was the most accurate.
The direction conducted the drama satisfactorily, it could have not run so much at the end and a little more attention in editing with day and night scenes, but they are small errors that do not take away the shine of the work. The action scenes are nice and well-crafted.
The costumes were well designed and very beautiful, especially the costumes worn by the character Xiao Duo.
The soundtrack does not disappoint.

É uma comédia que faz rir por causa da improbabilidade das situações e das interpretações exageradas dos atores, principalmente, do protagonista masculino.
A história é absolutamente sem nexo. As atuações não são ruins, mas também nada de extraordinário.
A edição do drama é confusa, as cenas anteriores a abertura, no geral, se repetem durante o capítulo. O uso de cenas de recordação é um tanto cansativo, mas nada se compara aos dois últimos capítulos, pois ficaram absolutamente desconexos da sequencia do drama e enfadonho, pois todas as cenas já haviam sido utilizadas no decorrer do drama. Se pararmos no capítulo 28, poderia dizer que o drama nem é a pior comédia, mas com a adição desses dois últimos capítulos ficou forçado.

The performances aren't bad, but the characters don't help the actors in creating memorable scenes.
The direction is questionable, as the drama is slow and tiring, the scenes cooking food are exaggerated, the feature of omitting scenes to create suspense was used so many times that it was possible to deduce that the result would be different. There are some editing errors, but they would certainly go unnoticed if the drama had a more immersive pace.
The costumes are exuberant, perhaps this is the high point of the drama.
The soundtrack doesn't offend, but it doesn't enchant either.

Não estava com muitas expectativas após ler alguns comentários, mas depois de conseguir chegar ao fim (e não foi fácil), questionei-me o que aconteceu com esse drama? O roteiro é um amontoado de incoerências, crimes são tratados como pequenos erros passíveis de serem perdoados. Roubar uma criança ao nascer, é crime; dar como morto quem está vivo, também é crime; difamação pública, crime. Do roteiro não se aproveita nada. A segunda chance de romance, que poderia render algo prazeroso no drama, é inexistente. As atuações apresentadas não condizem com os atores, Wallace Chung costuma entregar personagens cativantes como Chu Bei Jie (General and I), Xu Ling Yi (The sword and the brocade), entre tantos outros em que o ator deu vida, por isso não sei se a atuação dele foi muito abaixo do que costuma mostrar ou o personagem era tão sem expressão e ação que era exatamente a atuação precisa a ser dada. A atriz Qin Lan, só a vi como imperatriz Fuca Rong Yin (Story of Yanxi Palace), e atuação dela como a imperatriz foi bastante convincente e em nada se assemelha ao apresentado neste drama. talvez essas atuações insípidas tenham sido orientadas pela direção.
É uma pena que bons atores gastem seu tempo fazendo roteiros tão ruins.

O roteiro não é bom, os personagens não cativam. As atuações deixam a desejar, pelo menos, aos atores Ao Rui Peng, Wang Yi Ting e Zhang Yi Chi criaram algumas cenas engraçadas. Vi tantas críticas negativas sobre esse drama, que quase desisti de assisti-lo, mas acabei por dar uma chance e não me arrependi. O roteiro é consistente e os personagens agradáveis. Apesar do vilão ter cometido muitos atos ruins, há um lado patético de alguém que se perdeu em sua própria obsessão. O imperador Chun De vai pra minha longa lista de imperadores idiotas, apesar dele não ser vilão, torci muito pra ele deixar o trono rapidamente.As atuações são boas, geralmente, tenho ressalvas sobre o poder de convencimento da atriz protagonista, mas, na minha opinião, a personagem Chu Yu caiu-lhe como uma luva. A direção não privilegiou somente os protagonistas, com isso, é possível ver cenas encantadoras de todo o elenco. O ator Ding Yu Xi está cada vez melhor em expressar as emoções com o olhar.
O figurino é bonito, CGI decente e trilha sonora agradável.

Uma obra impecável. O roteiro é simples e emocionante. O choque de realidade é fabuloso e a mensagem contida no roteiro toca os sentimentos mais profundos. As atuações são primorosas. A direção conduziu com mão de ouro, não há lentidão e nem correria nos capítulos e a edição é espetacular. O figurino condiz com o período mostrado e, muito bem retratado nas diferentes classes sociais daquela época. A trilha sonora é agradável. Esse drama é uma verdadeira joia dramática.Eu sou fã do trabalho da atriz Yang Mi, mas, nesse drama, a atuação dela superou todas as expectativas.
