I paid $25USD for the Rerun ticket, including all fees. I purchased the Rerun ticket so I could watch at a convenient time here in the US due to the time difference :)

I just checked again and the join button still does appear. I can’t post a screenshot here but, as an example, if you go to the iQIYI YouTube channel, you will clearly see the “join” button. So when it IS active on 9NAA, we should be able to easily find it :)

How do I join a YouTube channel? The easiest way to tell if a YouTube channel uses the Memberships feature is to look for the Join button on its main channel or beneath its videos. In both cases, the Join button is to the left of the Subscribe or Subscribed button.
