to me it looks like chu seoghyeon so seo dongju's dad was the one that was in charge of the political fund before and worked closely with daesan group. yeom jangseon and cha deokhui are involved in the murder of his dad

can someone explain this pei dafu and hanyan mothers hatred please idk if im getting it entirely

zhou ruyin so annoyingly evil or is it just me ? like it suits the character a lot because i can't stand it when she speaks for several reasons !!! this can't be just me lol

to me ep 12 preview looks like something related to the fu family than the zhuangs

omg ngl i didn't read this until now after watch episode 6 and am shocked because the father didn't seem like that to me

omg im so glad the fl and her mothers misunderstanding got cleared and didn't drag like now she knows why her mum was cold towards here

I also think that and I do kinda think his identity isn't a complete mystery. At least we know his last name now lol

it is sad when you think about it that way 😭

Of course if you compare to current time and context it's weird so i wont disagree on that. But given the context of this drama it looks like ml and fl family had an agreement and her sister left a daughter behind. In these circumstances this isn't really unusual for the time. I've also seen this happen in several other cdramas

ml being previously married to her sister and on top having a kid is hella weird but given the cultural and time period pretty sure it's very common for sisters to become replacement wife to raise their sisters kid. when you think of it that way it doesn't feel as weird.

i'm beginning to not understand this drama... only watching it to find the ml's real identity like that is the true mystery

out of the 3 dramas currently airing that im watching. this is the best one
