as usual men are making decisions for the female lead without asking exactly what she wants, if tomorrow, Mudeok/Naksu will turn out she had to go with Yul and be her new master, I hope he suffers having Naksu close by but would feel unwanted. I would only really hate him if it turns out he’s really gonna take Naksu knowing full well and witness the length Naksu went to just to be Songrim servant as she longs to be with Uk.

I know Yul feels guilty of leaving Naksu in Danghanyok(?) before and feels responsible for the life she led, but what totally rub me off the wrong way was how deliberately he is taking away her choices? like dude let her make choices for herself? I’m sure Mudeok has bet herself only because she knows the opponent was the other dude and she knows Jang Uk mastered Chisu, but ultimately going under your friends nose to take someone they care about it just not it. Yul you are better than this.

I wish they pick an actress for the thief with a much similar features to Mudeok. The little girl in the painting looks nothing like Mudeok as well. I have nothing against the actress she was awesome in Business Proposal, but they have to make it believable. Jung So Min was able to mimic Naksu’s voice that some can’t even differentiate if it was JSM or GYJ, they made that believable. Also they aren’t really good in casting younger version, none of them has quite similar features with their older selves. I’ve seen dramas who nailed the casting down to T.

can somone care to explain what exactly Yul did to check if dead body was soulshift? like yeah we can check the mark, but like they are explaining how when soulshift loose energy they runwild, but then Yul put energy to a dead body to exactly what, it’s not like he brought him back from the dead then take out the energy for the body to run wild? girl calm yourself, I don’t see him as a threat, this isn’t about who has more screentime between him and Uk, this is about a character’s overall contribution to the story, his unessary pinning isn’t adding much to development and movement of the plot, I would hsve preferred if they gave him something more than just a third wheel, and I stand by my statement, I have watch plenty of kdrama and calm & silent are a like, alsoi didn’t say jerk ML are not common, what not commonis a straightfoward male lead, and Uk is one of them, now your the one acting as if Uk was a jerk ml for saying there are plenty of jerk ml.

Yul is actually a very typical ML, the calm & silent type. Kdrama, Cdrama, Jdrama these all have their fair share of the calm, silent, mysterious type of male lead character that to be honest I’m so glad Yul is NOT the ML, but I have no problem with him being there, I just hope he doesn’t take that much screentime since he barely contribute to the story, plot wise.

So why is it that everytime Jin Mu does soulshift in that secret room, people outside does not see the whole black smoke that reaches the sky??? Park Jin saw this which is why he was able to locate Naksu’s dead body, Songrim people also saw when Gilju tried to soulshift with Jang Uk and decided to check the area, so how do they not see a frequent soulshift happening at Cheongbugwan???

Unpopular opinion: I know Buyeon will someday be able to control her body from Naksu, and I for one not looking forward to it. To me she just screams trouble even she’s nice. I have no attachment to her as well. She wakes up and not only she can potentionally ruin our main couples relationship, there’s high possiblity of those in power extracting Naksu out of Buyeon’s body esp when she came from Jin family. The day we get Buyeon back is the day we loose Jung So Min as Naksu/Mudeok. I cannot even bare to see it happen.

if there’s one character I cannot feel comfortable, that’s Park Jin. Villians of the show are face value, what you see is what you get. Park Jin seems like a nice guy but I don’t like his personality. It was such a huge turn off when he told Kim Doju and Master Heo that Dohwa should have known about his intension without confessing. I was dumbfounded hearing him say this, only person who had such mindset are those that thinks too highly of themselves.

Also he has a minset that his beliefs are always right, he doesn’t like being corrected, another symtom of those that see themselves superior than everyone. His reasoning of protecting Jang Uk as to why he would do everything to stop him getting powerful was just obnoxious, just because Jang Uk is the son of the king doesn’t mean he would grow up an evil dude who would suddenly take the crown from the King. geez no one was born evil, he obviously had good personality and would stand up for good cause.

After finding out Jang Gang might have done sorcery, he is using Jang Uk to force him back. He was only entertaining because of Kim Doju, it would be better she end up with Master Lee and Park Jin alone in his entire miserable life.

Those that are ok with Mudeok having harem but was annoyed by another female showing interest to Jang Uk are the same people who love to have multiple males liking them but cannot stand when opposite gender and/or significant other gets the same interest.

Ladies let’s learn to grow and not be such close-minded. As long as Naksu and Uk aren’t showing interest to multiple people, I don’t find anything wrong with this.

not anything, stories are bound by logic, you don’t just create and break storytelling rules without making it crazy. That’s what makjang drama are, but even that or even popular stories like Marvel, etc are bound by logic of death.
